He brought out tons of shoes for my son to try on. My son is picky. First, he tried on the Jordan's, then the Kobe's, but ended up buying the Lebron's. We got it at a great price. After that, (a couple months later when we needed more items) it went downhill fast. Emails went unanswered, deadlines passed. This year we decided to give them one more chance, thinking it was maybe just a bad year for them. Two months later, we have no order form and emails are again unanswered. We will have to start from scratch with another vendor. We have wasted a lot of time on them and now have to chase them down to get back the designs we submitted.

I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. I've always received great customer and will for sure continue to shop at this store.

They were busy and the greeter informed me that it might be a while since we were getting the running evaluation. As we were waiting, we were not sure how long it was going to take so we decided to just buy a pair of shoes and so an evaluation some other time. We went looking for the person that greeted us and she said she still couldn't help as she is not authorized to ring someone up. So I asked, "I just want to buy shoes, so I have to wait until they are done with their customers? She said yes. I walked up to a guy and asked, can you just ring me up? He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership. I will weigh my options with other running stores when my membership is up.

Thanks to Joe for all of your help! We visited Men's Wearhouse in Crystal Lake to get my husband a…read morenew suit for our nephew's upcoming wedding. When he selected a suit that he liked, our salesman Joe told us that he can pick out another suit for free! When my husband chose one off the rack, Joe said that for the equivalent of the suit we were purchasing, my husband could choose a custom made suit. He didn't have to do that - he could've let us walk out with a lesser purchase. He took a lot of time to make sure everything was just right with both suits and all of the accessories.Because of his stellar customer service, my husband wound up getting two suits, two ties, two dress shirts, two pair of shoes, a belt, and three pairs of socks! Joe even went out of his way to pick up one of the pairs of shoes at a different location. Again, thanks! The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because when it came time to get dressed for our nephew's wedding, we discovered that they neglected to put the belt in our bag. My husband had to go the day of the wedding to pick up a random belt because they didn't have the correct one in stock. They gave him a belt to get through the day, but it wasn't the right color or size. All in all, a very nice experience with a snafu or two, but we will definitely go back!
