She was very rude to my husband non cooperative he asked for a different sales associate someone that familiar with us sh stated she wasn't in. We didn't get to fix our purchase and we had to drive an hour to come back to the store to fix the issue. Olivia needs a new job we spend thousands with this company never had issues ever...! she doesn't seem to want to work and her attitude unacceptable. We don't feel like we are important customers to Buckle she must have not been trained well with customer service at such a high quality establishment. They have GREAT sales and if you shop smart you can save a lot of money. Their clearance racks are fantastic. You can also sometimes find the clearance stuff online, and save even MORE money than in the store. A wide variety of styles for a wide variety of tastes. The ladies that work there are FUN and sassy and generally make being there a pleasure. The cons: Full price is PRICEY! If you like something you better buy it while it is still there, since their inventory turns over quickly. Many of their items are made from inferior materials and fall apart quickly, or pill up so that they look bad. Some of their jeans are durable, and some have holes within six months and it can be hard to tell which are which. My previous review: I wasn't sure about going to Torrid, especially as I thought they were too "fad" oriented for me (I like a more classic look) and since department stores do carry my size (16-18). However, after going to many department stores and trying on a million clothes and being SO frustrated at nothing looking good, I decided to give Torrid a try. What I first noticed as I browsed the store is that they have a LOT of different looks, from trendy chic to classic elegent to casual. The prices of the newest items does tend to be steep, but their clearance racks are GREAT and they often have some BOGO or other promotional sale. It was when I tried on the clothes that I became a tried and true convert to Torrid. The clothes FIT RIGHT. The department stores may carry my size, but the CUT of the clothes is all wrong. At Torrid, the right curves are hugged in the right way! They have many different cuts for many different shapes, and I am learning to identify which of their clothes are for my shape. I never buy clothes online because it is so hard to find the right fit, but if you buy online at Torrid, you can return them to the store! Amazing! The ladies in their are almost always super friendly, and fun. I often laugh a lot when I go in there! Finally, shopping is fun!

The press sings songs about REI like it's the holy land for outdoor men and women, and maybe that's true in parts. But you don't go there for ceremony, you go for the tools. They make good tools. You don't want to trust your life to something flimsy when you are out there, far from the roads and the towns, when your survival depends on gear. REI has it, in its clean rows, with its well-meaning salespeople, and its prices that sting a little but still make sense. It is the day-to-day, too. The jacket for the morning walk. The pack for the hike with your daughter. The water bottle that won't quit, no matter how many miles you pour through it. It holds up for the small things and the big. It holds up for life. It isn't perfect, but neither are you. Still, you trust it.
