If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. I went in to get a Gucci leather bag strap repaired- to which it was a simple glue issue. It was coming undone in several spots and did not look that terrible before I took it in. Now, it looks worse than it did before and my strap is filled with glue that is busting at the seams. I think I personally could have done a better job myself and I do not call myself a person who specializes in leather. It was cheap, which is the only good thing about this place besides the fact that I will now have to pay to get it fixed further. I have an old (almost 20yr) pair of docksiders that needed new heels. I picked them up today and thought I had a new pair of shoes. New soles and they oiled the old dry leather. They look like new! Amazing and the price was more than reasonable. Mr. Ngueyn (hope I spelled that right) is a wonderful soft-spoken gentleman who came here to the US in 1975 the right way... legally! I picked up some "cowboy" boots in Rapid City earlier this year on a long trip around the USA, and wore them exclusively thereafter. When we got home, some nearly 6000 miles and 4 weeks later, I noticed my heels were wearing and one of them was nearly down past the rubber heel... and would soon damage the actual shoe if not taken care of professionally. I could Tulli's and we called to make sure their hours were correct (just after Christmas, many things have strange hours). We found the repair shop and were told that they could be repaired... and we could actually wait, since it would be a quick repair. 20min and $30 later, they were as good as new (or who knows, maybe they're better than new?) While we waited, we browsed the shop and found they were very friendly, and dedicated to the idea hat should should be comfortable first and foremost. I honestly can only tell they are not the original heel because the repaired heals are affixed with five (5) bales, not four (4). I looked high and low for a certain pair of shoes I wanted to replace. FinaIly found Tulli's by accident. Found out my shoes are not made anymore. I was shown several others and tried them on. I found one that is close but same high quality. They are not cheap but worth the money. They are cheaper than Amazon, etc. I am happy. read more

Asked to have $190 boots repaired to maintain waterproof. It cost $18 and they seemed like new. It is hard to find places that do good work for a reasonable price. I noticed that they had some good brands of new shoes and boots and pricing again seemed reasonable. I recommend giving this place a try if your looking for repairs or new shoes or boots. read more

Hubby had a 2nd pair of orthotics made at Tulli's (paid $325 for another pair at another place recommended by therapy place). Tulli's were much cheaper and are his preferred orthotics and the ones he wears daily along with the shoes Mr. Tulli fitted him with. Definitely will be returning there for future shoe purchases! I have had several pairs of boots re-heeled, re-soled and recently had some custom elastic straps added to some dress shoes that were not staying on properly. They always do quality work at a very reasonable price. I had 3 pairs of shoes fixed with custom elastic straps for $36. The stitching is meticulous and the shoes look like they were made that way. The owners are always pleasant and efficient. I am glad they are around. I only take my shoe repairs to Tulli's and highly recommend them. read more

I've been here several times, and the work has be pretty good. They seem to be able to re-sole just abut anything, including rubber soles from brands like Rockport, which some places don't handle. The reason three stars instead of four is that they recently stopped taking credit cards for repair work. It seems really strange they'd stop taking it for repairs, but still take it for shoe sales and other merchandise, which they have quite a bit of. I have my theories, but I'll keep them to myself. I'm home visiting my parents for the holidays and am flying out to San Francisco in the morning. I had bought replacement tips for a pair of heels and planned to replace them myself. Should have known such an "easy task" wouldn't be so easy. The tips didn't fit and I was in a bind. I called Tulli's and they said they would take me as a walk-in and hopefully be able to fix them. Discovered this place while on a hunt for a shoe repair shop. This place fits the bill! I've taken many shoes there to be resoled and have been shocked when they come back to me in even better condition than when I dropped them off. They had been shined/buffed and looked almost brand new (which is a feat considering they are $200 shoes, several years old and I'm their second owner! Remix Vintage shoes are incredible) I've also gotten things tailored there. It was an interesting, yet good experience. The seamstress knows very little English, which didn't really bother me because she knew what she was doing and seemed to understand what I was asking. I got a floor length bridesmaids dress (two layers, one a flowing chiffon the other a acetate underskirt) shortened as well as the strap length shortened for $40. Seemed like a great deal to me! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I got the dress back there was a tiny nick/hole in the outer chiffon fabric near the straps. No one will see this when wearing due to the size of the nick, but I was still a tad unhappy regardless as the dress was quite expensive and now it has a nick :( Also, I would have loved if they had given me a clear, plastic garment bag for the item like at the dry cleaners. They just handed it to me on a hanger and I paid for the item and left. As a very important side note: They only take CASH. So, bring that when you pick your shoes up! read more

AWESOME! I bought an amazing pair of leather dress boots (monk strap, chukka style) down in Nashville, TN in a shop for a crazy good price because they were pretty used. I wore them hard for another 2 years. I always get compliments on these awesome boots, but the heels were soon coming off and the soles were very thin, not to mention the leather was looking really worn. I took them to Tulli's Shoe Store and Repair and I just got them back - AWESOME! They look way better than ever! I have a "brand new" pair of incredible boots for years to come!!
