I arrived at 6:50 pm. Jenee was washing a mans hair. Did not say hello, welcome to Famous Hair or even acknowledge my presence. I waited 30 minutes and another man came in and she took his name and phone number onto the computer and proceeded to take him back for a hair cut. I then said, "excuse me, I was here before him". She said, actually you weren't. I said yes I was and she said no you weren't. She continued cutting his hair. Still ignoring me. I said, "are you going to take my name and put me into your system to show I'm here and waiting?". She said, " you're Julie, right?". I said "yes". She continued cutting this other guys hair. Maybe he had an appointment....but this girl's rudeness is unprofessional. I am a paying customer and I expect to be greeted and get my name taken to be put in the system. She needs to learn customer service. Bet I get a terrible hair job too. It is now 7:30 pm and she is sweeping. The other guy has left and she still hasn't even asked me to come back to her booth. read more
