Left a voicemail about an hour ago trying to figure out my appointment time and if I was even actually on the books. No call back. Tried to book it again, and the site was being glitchy. Tried to close out and book from the very beginning, and I get an error message that I've exceeded the maximum number of requests to try again in 12 hrs. Each time I go I am greeted with kind staff that are always happy to do my nails, regardless of any crazy design I request. I can tell that the employees enjoy working there and the energy is so good. The prices are also very reasonable for the amount of effort and time they put into their services. I have only gone to Amy so far, but I would feel comfortable with going to any of their employees and I would trust them not to damage my nails. I definitely recommend coming here, they are the best!
