I have yet to find an American Nail Tech that I like so I go to Polish Nail Bar to have my pedicure done. There are only a few people in there that I actually want to do my pedicures. And every time I go they're always so full. I can't get in, so to me that means that they're doing a great job. I'm going to the beach this weekend and I really wanted to get my toes done as I haven't had them done in a long time. Instead of going and waiting, I made an appointment I wanted to go at 5:45 but the gentleman asked me if I could come at 5:30 instead, so I said sure. I left work about five minutes early and arrived right on time. The girl that I had requested was sitting with another customer just starting to put her acrylics on. Now mind you I HAVE an appointment and she's just starting on a new set. I sat there from 530 until 6 o'clock. No one spoke to me. No one asked me Anything about anything, absolutely Nothing....that's how I feel about these Types of salons, nothing! I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for the girl to get done possibly 30 minutes and no one else looked like they were close to being done except for the one woman that I didn't want to do my toes so I left toes not done for the beach, very disappointing. An appointment is an appointment for a reason. I know that they want to make money, but my time is valuable to me. I have my week planned out perfectly so that every night after work, I can get something done so that I can go to the beach. Alas, my toes will not be done and I will not go back to Polish Nail Bar..... Keep your 10% discount and remember with no customer service you will eventually have no customers.

Left a voicemail about an hour ago trying to figure out my appointment time and if I was even actually on the books. No call back. Tried to book it again, and the site was being glitchy. Tried to close out and book from the very beginning, and I get an error message that I've exceeded the maximum number of requests to try again in 12 hrs.
