OMG where do I start? Ordering from them is a total nightmare. Between the time you order products and the delayed time of shipment-various items become out of stock. They will double and triple charge your credit card and claim free shipping but charge for that as well. It is a sham operation behaving unprofessional behind a keyboard and AI to abound any accountability. Charged our credit card 177.40 And on the same day 269.00 Dec 1st for receiving only 3 items at 77.99, 84.99 and 29.24 total of 193.00 plus taxes doesn't even amount to the two visible charges on our statement recently.

Their return policy is horrible. Tracking status said delivered November 7th. I called on November 21st to inquire about why my refund was not processed after item received. I had to call and get AI to service me before a human got on the call, and was worse than the AI because no progress made during the phone call. Later on down the line I get an email and the refunded amount is less than the purchase price before taxes. I talked to the online chat robot and the breakdown is that they charged me $9.99 for a shipping label fee and $5.93 tax. I don't understand what they mean when stating that the refund was processed after the return had expired. When I got the email with the return label it had a December date to get the item returned by. And the email never mentioned charging me for the return label when they emailed the return label to me. So they're charging me tax for a return label and this is all digital until I printed it out. This is crazy and skamish! They made it seem like things would be seamless but this is a complete rip off if you need to return. My nephew didn't like the replica Jersey so I was going to purchase the official jersey but not from fanatics. Not anymore! Their return policy has stopped me from making any purchases in the future.

I ordered a signed ball for a Christmas gift. The signature was smeared and it cost over $800. The replacement won't be here till after Christmas. The only customer service they have is a chat bot. I had to chat for 15 minutes to be told their department can't help and it will be 48-72 hours for me to receive a call. I'll never order from them again. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Never ever ever will I order from this website again. They took 3 weeks to inform me that my order would not send before Christmas and it was too late to get anything else by then. F'ers. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY: I placed an order on August 12th and still have not received my products as of August 23rd. Customer service is outside the US and is no help and has no power to resolve the issue. All heard that a manager did not time nor could they make a decision or ability to cancel my order until August 26th. I am unable to cancel my order online as well and then they asked me to call back to cancel my order. This company is incompetent and please never do business with them if you value your time and money. read more

If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating that would be more accurate. I understand it's a busy holiday season but the customer service is below mediocre, expected delivery dates are way off and their use of subpar shipping companies is laughable. I will NEVER buy anything from Fanatics ever again and I suggest more follow along. This company should be embarrassed by their customer service. Be better. read more

I wanted to exchange a purchased sweatshirt for another one. Although their website prominently displays a "365 day return" policy, the business emailed me that it is only a 30 day policy and they wouldn't help me since my purchase was 45 days ago. Since receiving their business response, I've read numerous reviews about this company, and there is nothing but negative reviews. BUYER BEWARE! This is a company that I'll never do business with again, and I highly recommend that others avoid it as well. read more

I used them once. Never again. I ordered a jersey but just after I saw that the name was not on the back so I cancelled it within an hour from ordering it. I was told they have a 30 minute cancelation policy. Customer service said they would escalate it for a refund but then it shipped later that day. I had paid for next day delivery. They outsourced that to Roadie. The order did not come until 3 business days later. I contacted customer service again and they said I could return it for no cost shipping. They refunded my expedited delivery fee. Then the jersey came. I went to return it and found out that you have to pay $10 to ship it back unless you opt for a store credit. Hell no I'm not using Fanatics ever again! Customer service is slow and dishonest. The 30 minute cancel policy is unheard of. The delivery was late. The jersey is overpriced for a non-NIL jersey. What did they get right? Nothing. They are dishonest and difficult to work with if you have an issue. read more

Unfortunately people will not read these reviews until they have been slighted and want to warn others. Four separate orders: 1. Last summer's didn't arrive until fall (birthday present for nephew) - even though I expedited shipping (they blamed it on Covid matters). 2. This spring two ball caps arrived in terrible shape. 3. 'Charged $7.00 for shipping for this summer's birthday present to nephew without warning. 4. 'Charged $9.00 for shipping (?!) for most recent order after clicking "free shipping" promo code box. I called about the latest shipping charge. Customer service gave me a canned apology. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four times, I must be an idiot. Fanatics.com is an underhanded business. STAY AWAY. read more

1. Misleading Discount: At the time of purchase, the website advertised a 25% discount on the items I ordered. This discount was not applied to my order at checkout, despite being prominently displayed. 2. Delivery Timeline: The website stated the items would be delivered in 3-4 days. Only after placing my order did I receive confirmation that delivery would take up to two weeks. This is a clear case of misleading advertising. 3. Inability to Cancel: Within a few hours of placing the order, I contacted Fanatics to cancel due to the above issues. I was told cancellation was not possible, even though the items had not shipped. I was instructed to wait for delivery and then go through the return process at my own expense. 4. Unfair Return Policy: I find it unacceptable that I am being forced to pay return shipping for an order that was both misrepresented and not delivered under the terms that were advertised. read more

I got a $50 gift card for someone thinking he could gamble with it.. the person working behind the counter at CVS explicitly told me that this card could be used for gambling on their website.. does not say anywhere on the gift card itself that you can't gamble with it.. why would anybody use a gambling website to buy sports merchandise? Absolutely ridiculous... they hope you'll buy the card not realizing you can't use it for gambling. And then you're stuck with it. read more

I was told throughout the process that I would receive a discount for typing in a code that they gave me in the beginning of the order. There was never anywhere to type the code so sixty more dollars for fanatics.com. Tried to write an e-mail and of course it was a no-reply e-mail. Buyer beware! Your price will likely be doubled.. read more
