The manicure and gel polish looks nice - but the big problem is it isn't the color I chose AND I even told the girl and she said "only one coat" as if applying a second coat would magically change the color. I clearly pointed to a pinkish orange for fall. I pointed this out at the end again and asked to compare the swatch and had several other employees look and I said this is CLEARLY not the same color. They agreed and I was told I could come back tomorrow and change it. This after I called for a 6:30 appointment and they didn't start my nails until over an hour later. I told them all "When a customer comes in and asks for a certain color - you need to give them what they want." Nice people, but I felt they knew this was an ongoing issue. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I will say they do good work but it takes FOREVER. Not that big of a problem though. A problem is when you pay with a card and you are badgered to go get cash around the corner??? I was a little nervous about coming here, as the reviews are bad. I was pleasantly surprised. They do push extra services, which not everyone likes. (Another customer declined the upgrades but an employee kept suggesting, which was awkward for the client.) I opted for the offer on the 20 minute foot massage and callous removing lotion with cellophane, for an extra $30. Ivy did my manicure and pedicure. She did a good job and is friendly. The other staff are friendly, too. All mature individuals looking to please their customers from what I experienced and saw. I will be back for sure. I bought 3 coupons for mani/pedis for me and my daughter and cousin to go. We walked in and walked out. It was small. Hot. With a horrific pungent odor of foot. The lady was rude on the phone when I called to make the reservation and refused to return. Now I will go to groupon and get a refund because I could not stomach the odor. read more

I bought the "deal " from dealfind for mani pedi 10 min foot massage and facial and eyebrow wax - this expires end of oct but when I called Wednesday he woman did not speak english said on the phone I have to come before 4 pm since it is so many services. But I began reading the voucher said to book online. When I went to their online booking schedule 6 pm was available as well as other appointments through 10 pm-- liar liar -I showed up at 6 pm and presented my dealdfind voucher to a woman sitting there and she demanded me to pay $5 tax - (0n $29 would make the rate 20%) I informed her tax for these services is 4.2 per cent which makes it around $1 - she thought she was foolng me - then she does my pedicure- worst I ever received - she says for more buffing on feet there is charge of $10 -- how disgusting asking for money every 2 minutes- this was most unrelaxing 10 min foot massage - ever it was not 10 minutes although she set the timer- I asked her to check my hangnail - she barely looked at it- the facial was okay and more relaxing and the eyebrow waxing okay -- but the facialist did not even remove blackheads. Again demanded I pay tax and she said whatever it is as she thinks I am right about the amount. I tipped the facialist but not the pedicurist - one day later i see big toe nails were messed up alittle even though i sat drying them 3o minutes at least. I am sure if I went back for a fix they will try to charge another $10. I will never go back there -- most unrelaxing experience with hands out demanding money. As for Dealfind I have unsubscribed -- they charge your credit card but will never refund you whether you receive your vouchered service or not. I got a Groupon here for 3 Mani/Pedi's.... My first experience there was actually pretty good. I went around 10:30AM on a weekday so no one was really in there. It seemed clean and calm, and I liked the girl who did my mani/pedi although unfortunately I cannot remember her name. It lasted a while and I was pleased. Then today I went back for my second mani/pedi and I got Daisy. Daisy was awful. She zipped through the mani/pedi faster then you could say "I wish I was home and drinking saki already." First she made me feel bad about having short toenails and then said I had callouses and asked if I want a special callous treatment. Well today I did not, I just wanted to do the price of the Groupon and nothing extra so I said "No thank you, just the general pedicure please." She looked disappointed and asked again. No thank you. She then "exfoliated" my feet by scrubbing them- I SWEAR- like once across on both feet. Didn't even TRY. And for both my mani and pedi she basically pretended to remove dead skin. I hate when the manicurist just goes through the motions and doesn't actually DO anything. And then I asked for quickdry and she said $3 and I said "$3? Isn't it usually just $1?" And she scowled at me and said "$1 quickdry, $2 tax." But I couldn't understand her word "tax" so I said "wait, $2 for what?" And she raised her voice and said "You buy Groupon. You pay $2 tax." And I was like "oooh TAX, ok." Like I wasn't arguing with you lady, I just didn't understand what you were saying. CHILL OUT. It was a REALLY unpleasant experience. Anyway I just got home and I am about to get a cue tip with polish remover and clean up all of the spots she didn't get. Don't go here. And if you do anyway, JUST AVOID DAISY. read more

I'm not sure why this place has negative reviews. My friend was getting married in the area and we came as a full bridal party with no reservations. They took us right away and we were in and out within an hour. We all got manicures and pedicures and they look fantastic. It was clean and quick. read more

Went here for the first time today after being disappointed in many salons in the area. The place is clean and large. I got a gel manicure and it came out just as asked and was done perfectly. Everyone was friendly and prices are on par for the area. I will definitely come back again. read more

This place was terrible. I got a mani-pedi from a woman named Amy who was curt from the beginning and eventually completely rude. It was by far the quickest mani-pedi of my life- I timed it and it was 24 minutes total for BOTH. A decent pedicure usually lasts longer than that by itself! She didn't scrub my feet with pumice or anything, and with the manicure she didn't remove the old nail polish so that I can still see the lumpy discoloration under my new red polish. When I presented the Groupn she kind of yelled at me that it would be an extra 2 dollars tax, then asked me to tip generously on the original price! I always tip, but I don't like to be demanded to tip. read more

Let me start by saying the place is very pretty and spacious. It seemed clean. I can also confirm it is next to Caravia and Dino & Francesco's. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. I had gel polish on when I arrived and wanted to do another gel pedicure. I explained that to the technician. She proceeded to try to file off the polish with a nail file. When that didn't work, she tried to scrape it off with her fingernail, then a metal cuticle tool. Only after trying about 15 minutes did she try to soak it off with acetone and miniscule pieces of a cotton ball. After getting the polish off, she proceeded to trim my cuticles and clean the nails. Keep in mind my feet have not touched the water yet and I had been in the chair about 35 minutes. After the filing, cleaning, etc., my feet soaked for maybe a minute each then she did the cuticles again. She used a metal file on the bottoms of my feet. It hurt. Bad. I got a 30 second scrub on my ankles, a quick rinse, then polished. During polishing, she kept running her nail along my already aggravated and unhappy cuticle on my big toe. When it was dry she gave me a 30 second massage using less than a pea sized amount of lotion. This was the worst pedicure ever. The price was ridiculous for the lack of service. $50.00. I will never go back. Even if it were free. I was never asked about any add on services or a massage. read more

Hurt and infect your toes. Had to go to urgent care the next day and be put on antibiotics for 5 days. Presented the bill to them immediately afterwards... of course, we live in U.S. and they pretend to be stupid!!
