Veronica was rude! Had my first and last interaction with "Fancy Faces by Veronica" The main issue is that she made a difference with my 5 yr old son due to an issue she had with me. I had an encounter with Veronica at the Oaks church, in which we had been in her line for about 35-40- min... we finally got to the chair about 9:08. (The closes at 9:30) My son had her gallery book and tried giving it to her, and she didn't speak but pointed on where to put the book... "MA'AM speak up!!" The. For to come back and say " did I say something that bothered you" basically asking me in so many words, "what you say"... I repeated it.. and she tried to go back and forth. She didn't like the response I gave her so she then didn't give my son what he requested for painting. I then said, "excuse me, that's not what he asked for," her reply was " we are running out of time," which made no sense because you would have told him that initially when he shows you what he wanted! The. Just to come back and say, you didn't like how I responded! My kid left sad, YOU Don't DO THAT TO A 5 yr old! One thing, you don't play with my kid! Took everything in me to not flip over all her stuff and drag Veronica all through that parking lot! Only because the cops was there! Veronica will see me again, and I will be sending a complaint to the oaks church... you do it to one kid, you will do it to another! read more

We hired Fancy Faces to come to our company headquarters to paint faces for Halloween. Liz was amazing! She was very creative and fast. Several of us commented that she came up with something even better than what we had in mind. I was in a wrestler costume and wanted a couple of armband tattoos to complete the look. Liz found kind of a charcoal colored make-up that looked just like tattoo ink. I got comments from people all day long thinking my tattoos were real. We had rented these people and many parents complained about the artist smelling like alcohol! Communication was also unclear. Thought the event was to have two artist at the same time, one doing balloons, the other doing face painting. But it was only one hour of each and kids were upset. read more
