Whew child! I recieved the mother of all massages from My Choice Spa a few days ago and I still feel like a puddle of pudding. (translation: really loose!). My Chioce is so conveniently located for folks in BEST Southwest, but somehow I've never noticed the place. I gift certificate brought me in and I'm so glad to find quality spa services close to home. On my visit, I was greeted by their suuuuper friendly staff as soon as I walked in. After filling out some paperwork in the lobby (which smelled great btw) I was off to a private room for my massage. My masseuse was so nice and adjusted her pressure as needed. After my massage, I floated back out to the lobby and got to take a tour of the rest of the spa. There's a great private area for parties and a whirlpool/ hot tub thingy in the back for more lounging and relaxation. I DEFINITELY plan on returning for another massage and a girls spa day soon! read more

This is a hidden gem and a great spot. I received a special promotion to try this place and it was well worth the promotional price. I am not sure if I will return if I must pay full price. The customer service was wonderful. I was immediately greeted once I came in and was offered a beverage. I was able to relax in the whirlpool until they were ready for me. My massage was very firm upon my request. They have plenty of towels and robes for everyone. The bad......The place is very small. They have a small locker in a one stall bathroom for men. Only one man can change/use the restroom at a time. This was not an issue when I was here but not sure if it has been an issue for them. Also the sauna is only big enough for one person. I feel just like a princess!! This is clearly one of the best kept secrets in Texas! I walked in to a majestic spa with all the bells and whistles all in one place. The staff is courteous and respectful and the amenities are world class. As if the luxurious treatment rooms weren't enough, there is a whirlpool soaking room big enough to host an intimate party of 10. I highly recommend everything but most especially the massages. My skin, body, and soul felt rejuvenated and at peace all at the same time. I am asking myself why I waited so long to come here. The experience began with a friendly greeting from Sire who also took some initial information about my general health and preferences. He also asked about my comfort preferences and if there were any areas that I wish to avoid or concentrate on. Ultimately, it was worth it. By the end of our session, I was completely relaxed. First I'd łiked to say this place is absolutely gorgeous. I took a tour and was amazed at how the owner thought of everything. Very peaceful, serene, clean, I was impressed. Takes a lot to blow me away. It is so nice to have a place like this close to home, so elegant and classy. Friendly people. Owner very personable. I wanted to walk in and get a pedicure but they only had 2 techs staffed, both were with clients. No appts were available till hours later, I was disappointed in this because I never want to make a pedicure appt, and never had to at other establishments. I just want to walk in when I want to and get serviced from a well staffed establishment. I get it, save dollars where u can. But this is the reason I have not yet experienced their service. Due to my schedule, it's just easier to walk in whenever I'm free rather than making an appt I may not be able to keep. I went to this spa because I got a gift card for my birthday. What an awesome gift it turned out to be. This place is truly a 5 star experience. The staff is courteous and personable while the furnishings and amenities are high end and elegant. Little snacks, flat screen televisions everywhere, fully stocked lounges, showers, mood lighting, drinks, heated massage beds, and private lockers. They have thought of everything to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They are running a $49 special right now so I was able to get a full body massage and pedicure for $75. I even bought a homemade brownie at the register on the way out. Definitely coming back. read more

This is the worst job I have ever taken. I have never been apart of a environment where there is no team work or worked so hard and was constantly expected to do more. At my interview I was sold by the decor and the hospitality but the day I started everything changed. I love what I do and building clients is very important in this business. My Choice Spa provides a lovely scenery. But the customer service, lack of training when it comes to the check out process and the turn around on employees is very sad. I have made 4 attempts to patronize this place with business in the past 8 months. Two of which was half way pleasant due satisfactory service. The first time and this LAST time I felt like I was being practiced on. My regular girl is no longer there and if I wanted someone to train on me I would go to a school where they charge a third of what the spa charges. The owner comes across as very artificial and she doesn't seem to appreciate her staff. My rating is one only because it was the lowest option.:( read more

For the type of establishment and purpose that is serves on this side of town, I rate it a 5. I went here with my sister. It was her first time getting any of these types of services but I am a connoisseur so... We went with a Girl's Day in mind. We were able to get a special promotion on their site for $100. We received a 90 minute massage and a 90 minute Sugar Foot Scrub topped off with time in the Whirlpool! This place is beautiful and so inviting. Very clean and the staff was wonderful and so helpful! Our therapist did a wonderful job of making us feel relaxed! I did not want to leave the room after my massage was done. Which is impressive because I normally have a male therapist but this time I had a female but she was very good at applying the firm pressure I like with my massages. It was truly a getaway.
