Sadly that day came up to get my free service for March 18th & I understand that it's spring break and it gets busy BUT I messaged her Feb. 26th 3 weeks before the event and not once did I get a response about if they would be able to come out for my kids birthday. Really sucks that I got the shitty end of the stick with customer service & lack of communication.
