He applied the French tip polish, barely covering the tip of my nail. I asked that he get the residue acrylic from under my nails. His solution was to file my nails, thus making them much shorter. The French tip on my toes was crooked. Went back the next day to request they fix the mess. The "gel" started chipping and peeling the next day. I WILL NOT be going back! They also do not check ID when serving alcohol! I watched them give a margarita to a 19 year old.

While the other older gentleman, I think he was the owner, seemed more inviting and involved. I would encourage you to have your team/staff to portray the same enthusiasm. Not to mention to improve/spruce up on their skills. I would also add, there are too many other nail salons on each corner for this place to compete and have mediocre services, not the cleanest establishment, same competitive pricing but do not offer any refreshments like most. Under the circumstances, I would have passed but just thought I would share seeing as your pricing is the same as others, if not, slightly higher but nothing to compare to as far as atmosphere, top notch services or overall quality. It's been 3 days and the nails are still looking great with no chipping. They have massage chairs for the pedicures and the staff take care of everything for you. My technician even suggested I get my credit card out before my polish went on to protect my nails. I've been to countless nail salons across the US and the world and only 1 in 10 techs will remember that important detail. The staff is courteous and very service-oriented.
