I showed her the picture for just the polish I wanted and said multiple times I wanted a flower on each nail. I received only two flowers, which did not look anything like the picture. I get the nails not looking the exact same but the pain was not okay, the polish itself isn't laid good. This was my first time getting my nails done and then removed and will be my last. I just said I liked them and left because I felt that uncomfortable after the experience.

Initially, I had planned getting both mani and pedi but with the mediocre job of my pedi, I refused to allow any other services. While the other older gentleman, I think he was the owner, seemed more inviting and involved. I would encourage you to have your team/staff to portray the same enthusiasm. Not to mention to improve/spruce up on their skills. I would also add, there are too many other nail salons on each corner for this place to compete and have mediocre services, not the cleanest establishment, same competitive pricing but do not offer any refreshments like most. Under the circumstances, I would have passed but just thought I would share seeing as your pricing is the same as others, if not, slightly higher but nothing to compare to as far as atmosphere, top notch services or overall quality. Needless to say, I will not return. But, hopefully you will make some necessary adjustments and improvements for your future clients.

In fact, I was very nervous going to the spa since I'm on the large side but no one made me feel uncomfortable. I felt just like any other client. The manicure and pedicure are very thorough and so relaxing. The polish seems to last a long time (I have just gotten the regular polish, not the gel kind). The manicurists are friendly and will talk to you if you are into that or respect you if you just want to have peace and quiet. The massage was also complete and done respectfully and well.
