Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the owner/front greeter. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had been calling the salon multiple times and no one answered the phone. She ignored my comment and simply told me to have a seat for my pedicure. Later, she came back and said my pedicure was ready. I again mentioned that no one was answering the phone. Her response was that they were busy and couldn't answer it. However, while I was sitting there, I noticed the phone was not ringing at all--it appeared to be on silent. This gave me the impression that answering calls is not a priority because they rely on regular customers and walk-ins. While I understand salons can get busy, customer service and communication still matter. Because of the owner's mannerism, tone, and dismissive attitude, I will not be returning to this salon. Based on customer service alone, I would rate this experience a zero.

I know it was $15.00 for new application, but I got charged $21.00 to remove the old gel polish. There was no trimming, no buffering, no sanding, I did not get the pedicure. It was supposed to be a quick service and ole dude treated me like I had the audacity to interrupt his lunch break, after he sat down and grounded off the old polish, told me it was going to be $35.00....? I don't remember my masseuse name but she was a bit older near retirement age possibly. After disrobe the table is heated which was nice cause room was bit cold. I requested back & calves for areas to address, she started w warm/hot compress, then oil, then into massage. There was bit of small talk as work done but I think dozed off as it was all very relaxing. When she finished my response was "that was fast" and she says it always is.
