When I moved to Oklahoma from Southern California last year, I started checking on nail salons as…read moremy nails needed gel every 2 weeks, because my nails are very brittle. Unlike California, nail salons are not strictly regulated of sterilization of their tools as I saw many places don't do it. So those shops are out. And nail girls, who double book or book another customer in the middle of my appointment are out. So after many nail salons, I found this one. This is not a big store, a little disorganized, but very friendly. Soon as I walked in, Heather, the owner of the salon greeted me loud. And she keeps entertaining. They use sterilized tools that means they open the blue pack of tools in front of customers. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a good job. I even brought my husband cuz he has ingrown toe nails. And Tim did a great job on his ingrown toe nails and my husband became a repeated customer also. Highly recommended.

Booking an appointment was super easy, the vibe was chill, and they have such a good gel polish selection. I get gel on my natural nails and Han did an amazing job -- he was so sweet, fast, and really good at what he does. It's been three weeks and my nails still look great! I'm already planning to go back for a gel pedi and to refresh my manicure. I'm just so happy I found a place I love here in Broken Arrow. Definitely recommend making an appointment though because they stay busy.

Update! 8/7/19- my mom won a raffle at Queen Nails and they gave her a beautiful beige Michael Kors…read morepurse . Wow- we are so grateful for their kindness and generosity! Queen Nails is our go-to nail salon. The staff is welcoming, professional and skilled. Prices are very reasonable for the area. Thei inside is modern but comfortable with leather chairs and a warm color palate. In the past I got mostly spa pedicures which start around $25 (LOVE their massage chairs). However, the other day i asked my mom if she was wearing artificial nails because they were SO LONG. She said no, that they were "dipped". I was really skeptical until we went & she had the polish removed. Sure enough, her natural nails were long! She said it had taken about 3 dips (every 2-3 weeks she had her nails dipped over the course of 9 weeks- roughly). I'm kicking myself for not taking a picture! They were actually too long she had them cut down. We both use our hands a lot - farm work, artistic endeavors- so I'd given up on keeping my nails "pretty". However, seeing my mom's nails (very STRONG too- no breakage), i HAD to dip! My nails were very short and in terrible shape. Less than 30 minutes later (did I mention dipping is FAST?!) the pale pink dip color I chose made my hands look elegant! Is dipping cheap? No. But you know the old adage: You get what you pay for! Here's to having long fabulous nails after a few more dips! Thanks to the folks at Queens for making me feel like one!

It's a shame that I have a gift card to use here. I'm not so happy with the business. It's a shame…read morethat the owners can't acknowledge when you send a message to them via Facebook. They don't answer emails. Nothing. I have questions on why Military discounts are not honored when using a gift card. Sounds to me like false advertising when you advertise military/teacher discount on Tuesdays. There's absolutely nothing mentioned about no discounts if one uses a gift card. This gift card was paid for. It's not like double stacking discounts. And my other question was why I was charged $15.00 more because of the acrylic powder being removed and new being applied. Plus, after a week my nail is already chipped. This is the solar polish. So, if one is already chipped, I can't wait to see if my other nails are going to as well. I get my nails done professionally because I want them to last more than 1 week before chipping. I could do my own nails for less money and need to do them every week at this rate. Very very disappointed that after I gave the business a second chance after they charged me for a service I hadn't received. I called the business, and they insisted that I stop in. After a long day at work I had to stop in and answer the same exact question 3 times. No, I didn't get a pedicure. Once my gift card is used up, I will not be returning to this nail salon. It would NOT take long to answer my questions. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT 918 Nails. They don't OFFER Military/teachers discounts IF you are using a gift card. False advertising on their part. No mention of it on the website that one can't get a discount when you paid for a gift card.
