I'm begging you, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. Jessica continued to change the shape of my acrylics after being specifically told to stop. She ruined the nail I had just spent 2 hours getting. It was perfect when I sat in her chair and she DID NOT LISTEN TO ME and RUINED THEM by changing the shape from a long oval to a short and disgusting looking acrylic, even shorter than my natural nails are. The owner watched all of this unfold and still charged me $75 for nails I hate. I am currently prying a brand new full set off of my hands at home because I cannot even stand the sight of these horrible jelly bean shape nails that Jessica ruined. Never go here. Got the same service as my friend. She got her toes done first, got about 45 mins worth of service. By the time it was my turn, I got about 10 minutes. They did my toes, put some lotion and said you're done. I thought that's it? I just watched my friend get a 35 minute massage while I sat here in water. Weird that we paid for the same treatment and got such different experiences right next to each other. They should add a timer or something to make it more universal. I won't be back. I've been coming here a very long time as a loyal customer, my whole family gets their nails done here as well as friends that also refers friends. Today I didn't have the best customer experience as I should have. . The owner himself Tom did not listen to anything I wanted done on my nails and was very upset that he has been asked nicely from me to remove them and made me feel uncomfortable and on top of it made me pay still for something I had removed. I was very disappointed at the fact that owner himself still made me pay on top of my $200 ( I paid for mine & my grandmothers mani & pedis) ticket for nails I did not want. After I had him remove them, I asked for ben for a shellac on nails and paid for them bc they were done beautifully . I'm just upset at the fact of horrible customer service.. I can't believe it. If you come here ask for Ben (he's amazing @ pedis) and ask for Kent for acrylic nails (he's the BEST at nails) you will not be disappointed and they are very nice people. I would've game them a 5 star but even loyal customers they still treat as just a regular. I feel so hurt about this already a $200 tab on top of it the $40 for a full set I had removed after I asked no thick nails, taper & received thick nails on top of it coffin nails?? And he was upset I had to get them removed bc he didn't give me what I vocally asked for? During my visit today, I confirmed with the nail tech on what I wanted 2+ times. Even after letting them know that I did not get what I asked for, the owner stated that it was due to my poor communication and did not offer to make it right... The Young man was just rude He was short and impatient with me. I requested nail art. "We don't do nail art with regular polish." I requested to have my tips only polished, "We paint whole nail." It wasn't what he said, but the tone was dripping with disdain. So I selected a lacquer. Now I can have my tips tips only painted, but only one thin coat painted on with the fine detail brush. I had made an appointment at 2pm and they did not honor my appointment time. I was told to come back at 2:30, not a problem. I had a problem with one of my cards, (it's old, and sometimes you have to swipe it twice,) left my other card out in car he told me to go get other card and leave my phone there. My mom and I have been going to this establishment for years. I'm very disappointed in our experience this time around. First of all, we had to use the restroom but were informed the toilet was messed up and we had to hold it. Then, we decided on the royal, and I understand they are busy, but they barely had us in the chair long enough for our massage to time-out. The lady that worked on my mother's feet kept stabbing her with the tools. My chair was rudely turned off while my nails were being painted. I'm very disappointed with our experience. I will never go back to this place! The first time I had a pedi that was pretty good and my daughter had a pedi and a full set. The full set was nice looking but my daughter ended up with a horrible infection in two of her toes. She had to be put on antibiotics. That was in Dec 2017. Feb 2018 We decide to return for hands only. I got the gel over my natural nail. It was a light pink with white flowers. The lady whose name was Kimberly didn't put the flower on! When I asked her about it she said "Oh you wanted the flower?" Really? If I didn't want the flower I wouldn't have picked that design from those offered! Well when I walked out my nails looked great! a couple felt a little bumpy but I was still happy. They lasted a week! They just chipped off like regular polish! My daughter had a bad experience as well.The manicurist glued the fake nail to close to the tip. One snapped off before we left the parking lot! They fixed that one but it was no use.... They continued to break off within the first few days. She wanted to look nice for her vacation but looked a mess thanks to the crappy job they did! Im giving them a -1 star! They wouldnt let me toes dry so when I left they got messed up bc they were closed it was a Sunday I painted over my toes and called them the next day. I spoke with a man he said "your toes mess up, come back anytime" I said ok. When i got there to get a full they said they would not honor what he said bc it's been 2 weeks i said the man said come back anytime she said he didnt mean what he said. I asked to speak to the person in charge Nicole said she was in charge I asked to speak to the owner she said yes she would call but she called the man I spoke with got off the phone and said he said he didnt mean it. I said that was fine but could I speak to the owner who she said name was Tom, but then she said no i could speak with him and i could not have his info. I asked how can I get in touch with him she I needed to call in and see if he was there. Like really, it's just ridiculous, she didn't care about any customer service or the fact that she acknowledged that this man told me this but instead of fixing the issue she says he disnt mean what he said. Am I supposed to be a mind reader, I have 3 kids I dont have time to keep coming back to them to fix their mistake so yes I waited until I needed to come back like he said I could.
