I mentioned it politely as I walked out trying to give them a second chance but the woman just smiled and waved goodbye. There were people around but it was impossible to tell if any of them were workers or if they were landscape contractors and none offered to help. It was a weekday afternoon and not real busy ... maybe I caught them on a bad day. I was disappointed I made a trip all the way there are zero service.

Think Pier 1 only way cooler & one of a kind. The owners travel to exotic 2nd & 3rd world countries and find everything from wooden bowls to furniture, they buy samples and include in their catalog, whose items are often picked up in Nieman Marcus catalogs, etc.. If I'm looking for a one of a kind gift for like a dirty santa party you can find something really nice for cheap. While the furniture is not cheap you can find small items like metal art for your wall for $30. This outlet is the leftovers from their wholesale catalog, samples, etc... If you go once during the summer and right before Christmas you'll see a good rotation of items. Once every 6 months and they'll have lots of new stuff to browse. If you like Pier 1 at all, you will go crazy for this place. Most folks still call it Country Originals since it was called that for so long. Think items from other countries, not back-woods Cracker Barrel country. You can see why they changed their name to something more exotic...to match their offerings.
