I'm a retired single first-time RV owner. Just bought my coach in Ft Myers and drove it up to Otter Creek. I had an entry door latch that was loose and it locked me and my dog out of the coach one day. There is no amount of words that can describe the overwhelming fear that overcame me at that moment. Anthony came in to do a job on the RV, and it was unprofessional. First, he came into the residence and did not acknowledge that he had arrived at the position. So the homeowner was unaware he had arrived and left a paint mess all over the RV trim outside and the air conditioning and roof area. It took only 35 minutes to put in only one coat of paint. Now have to pay professionals to fix mistakes. Thank goodness for the cameras on the property that clearly show what job was done and time stamp the actual arrival and departure time from home. The homeowner did not even know that someone was there to do any work on the RV. All that is being done is denying the issues. Claiming one thing when another had happened, and there is proof on camera and phone records as well as emails. When reported, damage and a thin coat that was done. They denied it. And they wanted to charge for additional work. was at the job site for 35 mins clearing, not enough time to put 2 gallons of paint. Always do a Yelp review and your homework when hiring people to do what was supposed to have been a simple paint job. read more
