After a few attempts I started looking elsewhere and found an awesome repair facility in Spring Hill called Bills European Autoworks. They work on all European models including Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche etc. Let me tell you I am so glad the this car clinic advertises the wrong number or maybe they went out of business but the place I took my Jaguar to was amazing! The people there are incredibly honest and trust-worthy and treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect! Not a spot of grease or oil got on anywhere on the car much less my interior! Their prices are VERY reasonable. The work was done properly and actually EARLIER than the time it was promised! They did all the paperwork, emailing and phone calls to my extended warranty company as well as sent pics and videos of the repairs needed as required. There was NO back and forth as they completed all the paperwork with required video and pic verification of the scope of work that it needed, parts list and labor charges. A day and a half later they received the authorization from the warranty company to proceed with the repairs. They dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" so the warranty company could make a rapid decision! The work was not only completed ahead of schedule but it was completed excellently! I am going to return to Bill's European Autoworks in Springhillfor even the smallest of service. It's too bad Ocala doesn't have a reputable place like this. I hope this review helps you.

They spent plenty of time checking the car over, taking it for a good road test to try to replicate the noise, which they could not, as I actually expected. After a bit more discussion, I suggested that I continue to drive it to see if whatever they did do maybe fixed the issue or otherwise to let the issue become more pronounced and I'd bring it back in. We agreed that was a good approach and I suggested we just "settle up", but the owner would not take anything from me, claiming they could not find anything wrong with the car so there's no charge. I insisted that at least PLEASE post some sort of "shop charge" for the time and effort spent, but he would not hear of it! I left kind of bewildered, like "what just happened here...?" I would say with business ethics like that, you can be GUARANTEED of not getting ripped off if you take your vehicle here!! It's a good-sized garage, v. comfortable and quiet if you have to wait, but by no means "fancy". But do make an appointment. My wife and I just moved here from W. Palm Bch and let me say this guy reflects very well on Ocala: BRAVO European Car Clinic!!

Sadly, the shop uses appointments like doctors. Where appointments are for patients, but not for the attending physician. So, I waited a couple of days to get the appointment, and had the truck towed in before the specified time. They never called me, I called them, ONLY to be informed, they never got to my vehicle and it would be the next business day it would be looked at. The shop was closed for the weekend, ugh! I waited until later the Monday afternoon, still no call from them. So, I called again. And, got informed they couldn't look at my vehicle until Tuesday because they were short handed. I finally got a call on Tuesday the truck was ready. When I asked about getting a discount due to the truck languishing in their shop for 2 days, (plus the weekend they were not open). They got really pissy with me about me being irritated due to not getting my truck back "sooner". I was charged the full price. No apologies, MY RECOMMENDATION, IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The brakes went out and a relative replaced them but the dash lights didn't go out. Toyota's solution was to replace the new brakes with new brakes for $3600. My son suggested Walt's. They double checked the brakes and bled them, no issues. Then they checked the computer system, which Toyota had done, and found the problem for ONLY $160. Thank you Walts for saving me thousands of dollars. I would give 10 if I could. P S I'm an elderly female. Other car care places have also tried to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs.

If I could give zero stars I would... they completely fu**ed me over. Went in with a starter issue…read moreluckily after driving the truck from Orlando back to Gainsville the DAY before, went home went to school got to apartment the next day bam starter went out. Didn't think much of it they "replaced" it in a couple of hours the day after. Go to pick the truck up and the thing won't even start. Im furious as why would you give me a truck with a starter issue that still doesn't start when you give it back. Older guy walks me to my truck "cranks" the truck by stepping on BRAKE AND GAS at the same time presses on button and bam white smoke projecting everywhere. That was never an issue owening my truck as I drive from Granville to Ft. Lauderdale, Melbourne, fort myers, all over Florida literally with no issue. They said it would take about a week to fix, said they would get it in the day after which was a Thursday, didn't start on it till the following Monday. "Oh we have to ship out your headers to make sure they aren't worn" doesn't do it until that following Thursday and then have to wait till Monday to hear again. Mind you this has been two weeks always telling me it'll take a couple more days and pushing the date back. Next thing was, it was supposed to be done the DAY before spring break where I live in Fort Lauderdale 4:30 hours away. Tell me to come in at three, then oh come in at 6. I'm on my way to pick up my truck and get a call, it won't be done till next Monday. Another cherry on top. So guess what had to bus home and waited another TWO weeks for my truck to be done only to get it in a condition that was worse. I have rock light in my wheels and guess what I found out they screwed that up too. I have pictures of before and after, before my lights worked, now none of them do. I have black wires dangling from the bottoms of my truck from them trying to rewire it all which means they screwed that up and lied to me about it. NEVER once told me about the rewire of the truck which obviously contributed to the delay of my trucks return. They were never honest and screwed everything up only for none of it to work. My starter to this day still goes in and out and sometimes doesn't start my truck. Please stay away from this place. Not to mention a year before that, owned a BMW that the front right axel came off. The repaired it quickly only for three days later it to basically come off again and they told me "oh yeah we found a screw that wasn't tightened all the way". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a place and trust me when I say IVE HAD PLENTY. Genuinely lucky I didnt report them to the BBA or anything like that. Please stay away.
