This Automotive repair shop should not be allowed to say that they are a repair shop. I dropped off my vehicle because the warranty on the transmission that they installed broke during warranty period. 6 months they had my vehicle giving me every excuse for why it wasn't being repaired. I definitely showed my ass many times either by phone or in person. As I drove by Pro Automotive today I see my vehicle is in there lot again, I was told that they pickup my vehicle Saturday and yet today is Tuesday, but no one notified me. I stop and question about it, they then told me $1900 was my invoice. So things got pretty bad real quick. I was traveling Southbound on i75 for Christmas when my check engine light came on and started shaking when pressing the accelerator. I was able to limp the car to Pro Automotive (which I had never been before) hoping they would be able to help me get back on the road. They were incredibly busy, but were able to get to my vehicle right away. The issue was diagnosed in no time and they already had the part on the way to fix it. Within 30 minutes, the part was installed and the issues were fixed. They were incredibly sweet and patient with me. I had a whole zoo of animals in the car with me and they were very understanding about me needing to stay close to keep an eye on the animals.
