Maybe it isn't anything impressive but it's still actually cool. The drinks are great and the food isn't as bad as it looks. Coming here after going to a few other bars in town it may actually seem great. It's a lot cleaner than a few others close to it. The bar isn't that big but there's enough room for groups and parties. A bit of confusion about this type of bar. It has an Irish name but the food is more like Mexican. A lot of the food is typical for a bar such as burgers, wings, and greasy fried meats. However they also have tacos. These actually seem to be the most popular things. It's about $6 for cocktails. They have the basic whiskeys. It's about $3 for tacos, of which you choose the filling. Of the choices there's beef, chicken, or just vegetables. I got mine on flour tortillas and I could tell the tortillas were treated on the grill before the tacos were assembled. That definitely made a difference. My best friend had the jerk shrimp tacos on corn tortillas, and she enjoyed them as well. The best part? Tacos are $5 on Taco Tuesday! * The catfish was GREAT! It was crispy, juicy, tender, and perfectly flaky. It came in a meal deal with 2 chicken wings for only $3.99! * Happy hour includes $5 pours of tequila and cognac. You also get 2 shooters for $5. * If you're with a good group, karaoke night can be very fun...just don't have any expectations of the crowd actually listening to you. Lows: * The chicken wings were under-cooked. The staff graciously took them back and recooked them for us, but by that time, we were over it.
