We always enjoy chatting with Jeremy--he takes the time to break down our craft selections and guide us toward the best options for our tastes. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the beer and other offerings. My wife isn't usually a beer drinker, but Jeremy went out of his way to craft a pistachio cocktail that she absolutely loved. Experiences like that are what keep us coming back. read more

Got some good local beers at this bar and store in Mokena. It has some that are hard to find outside these breweries' taprooms. Crafted 1979 has tons from Chicago and beyond. Pretty okay prices for the quality. There's a lot of flavors and variety. Can get some on tap, or get bottles and cans to go. It's certainly a place to find local products. There's not a whole lot of room inside, but there's enough for a bar and you can taste some on site. Has many things from local breweries. It's about $7 a pint. Last time here got something from Hop Butcher For The World. Just one of the many local breweries. Then we took a few packs. For sure a good place to sample the local beers. It's got some on tap so you can find out right then if they're okay. They're mostly worth getting some to take home it seems. read more

First time coming here. Was here to take part in a small event that was going on here. Never of this little brewery but it's such a cute little place right off the highway. They have a few good selections on draft and they got an even greater and wider selection throughout the store. Ranging from CBD drinks, various hard ciders, lager, non alcoholic beverages too prices are a bit high. I do enjoy the theme of this place with employeee featured throughout the store on the walls. Many events are featured here and they do have a solid yearly membership option too! Solid establishment I'll happily visit again. 4.5 stars. read more

If life were a 80's sitcom, this place would be my Cheers. They always have over a dozen craft beers on draft, and plenty of Bourbon that you can try by the ounce. What makes Crafted great though is the atmosphere. When you're there, you're with other craft beer and bourbon lovers. Beer is shared throughout, and the bartenders are super knowledgable. Also, they've got pinball! Five different brand-new Stern machines keep me coming back to get on the leaderboard. After you try it out, I'd recommend becoming a member. I started this review ages ago and just noticed-having visited more than 5 years ago, my big takeaway from visiting was the passion and dedication of the two owners getting this unique bottle shop to open and thrive! They have a unique variety of handcrafted beers to satisfy any beer drinkers' taste preferences & I loved checking out how everything was thoughtfully displayed. I also loved their commitment to creating events for their community related to beer and otherwise. While I no longer live in the Chicago area, I remember wishing there was a place like Crafted closer to the apartment I lived in in Ukrainian Village. A decent enough tap room with unique beer choices and plenty of pinball machines they have so many pinball machines that I believe they have pinball tournaments here. Mehhhh... couldn't even get them to open the door. Got there at 7:58 wanted a few bottles to take home. People inside drinking and paying for the drinks. I knock on the locked door and am ignored. As I'm walking away I see them let somebody else being allowed in. Poor first experience , probably my last. I love mom and pop type of family owned places. This is a great bottle shop and tap room in the south suburbs. If your looking for some unique beers and place to hang out with some friends or family, this is the place. The owner is a nice guy and very helpful. One thing I would like to point out that makes this place different than other similar shops is the fact that you can buy individual cans and bottles from 4 & 6 packs. Most places only give you a certain selection when creating your own. The inside is super laid back and very cool. Almost all of the decor and seating is handmade. The paint scheme is like a noon whistle can. Plenty of space to host an event or get together. Overall definitley will be coming back and telling friends. Awesome little spot in the burbs. This place makes me feel like I'm back in the city. The employees are super nice and accommodating. One guy even brought free samples to our table and was very knowledgeable of their large craft beer selection. One suggestion I would make is to dim the lights a bit more, but besides that I have no complaints. read more

This place is great. If you've been to The Open Bottle in Tinley or most other craft beer shop/taprooms, it's a very similar vibe. I've only been here once, but the bartender was very generous with samples and they had a very large selection both on tap and in the shop. The bartender asked me what styles I prefer and was able to recommend beers based on my taste profile. Works for me! Sucks that it's closed on Mondays. Most other craft beer spots in the area are also closed on Mondays- including The Open Bottle and Hailstorm Brewing. I bet they'd get a lot of business if they closed on another day of the week. I'd like to come back again. The Tinley Park area is becoming a craft beer capital and it's great to see Mokena is contributing with Crafted! read more

Having quite a few bottle shops in the area now, as well as local breweries, Crafted remains my favorite place to get quality beer. It's smaller than Open Bottle and Iron and Glass but their service, drop schedule, draft lineup, layout, knowledge, inventory, social media presence (pretty much everything) is stellar. (Not to say OB and I&G are not, they definitely are great, too, but I always seem to end up at Crafted...). I like that they started carrying Daydream coffee in addition to Smugglers. I like that Average Joe from the podcast is there a lot. I like the other people there and the family vibe. Their prices are definitely fair for the quality of beer and for the market. Their hours are good. I can't really come up with one thing that I would change about this place. read more

This place is within walking distance of our house, so we decided to walk over for the first time on a Tuesday. Joe was amazing and he is the face and personality of Crafted, although we haven't met the owners yet. This is a very social, comfortable place where bottle sharing is encouraged. So, bring a bottle, or buy a bottle and share it with everyone in the bar and you will enjoy the IPA conversation and meet new people. We will never be IPA drinkers but we will go back here for sure and purchase IPA's to take down to our family in Atlanta. One of the best spots around for a craft beer lover! My husband and I have been here several times, and we always receive top notch service. The staff is very knowledgeable, usually offering sample beers that aren't on the tap list (which by the way, their tap lists are always amazing!), the selection in the store is great, and extremely competitively priced compared to other similar concepts I've seen around. Ok, it's early, but as far as new places go this place is really making the best of a small area. They're a taproom that carries a lot of local breweries. Place is clean because it's new. I got here it was slow but at 6 pm they tapped the bourbon county. This stuff is good. They have bottles for sale too. They have 2 cs bourbon county and 4 bottles of barleywine left. Don't pay attention to the idiot with the 1 star review. This place is great and staff is awesome. I mean put yourself in there shoes a guy shows up 2 mins. To close how are they supposed to know you just want to run in and grab a couple beers and run out instead of sitting at the bar all night.
