The antica cucina has a traditional yet updated atmosphere. This space is kept clean and I loved the history behind why this class is provided at this location. During chef Emanuele's class the participants are shown and given the opportunity to make multiple types of fresh pasta. You are educated on how to tell the difference on good vs excellent quality pasta. By the end of the class you will sit down with everyone and enjoy your freshly made meal together.
