My dog Tommy boy loves to go to fantastic Fido's. And if I put him in the vehicle and we don't go there, he whines all the way home. That's how much he loves it. I have watched the employees around there, checking in dogs and bringing dogs out and they always call everyone's dog by their name when they're dropped off . we always hired someone to stay at our house when we would go on vacation to watch our dogs because I didn't trust boarding kennels, but after Tommy done training and follow up classes which he takes weekly and watching the staff and how they interact I have boarded him there without a care in the world. We love Fantastic Fidos! They have great opportunities for training, love their daycare, and now really appreciate and also love their boarding services. Sadie went through their Whiz kid training and has benefited greatly from it. We also enjoy doing the Sat morning socials. She goes to daycare once a week to socialize with the other dogs. She comes home a happy tired girl. We most recently tried their boarding services over Christmas and felt very comfortable that she was being well cared for while we were out of town. My dogs have gone to Fido's for 4 years boarding and daycare. They can not wait to get in the door and play with their friends. Staff watches carefully over the dogs and actively plays with them. They come home happy and pooped. Every dog that comes to daycare has been tested for compatibility with other dogs and has an up to date shot record. My two old somewhat antisocial girls love going here. I am so thankful I don't worry about them when they board or go to daycare. The staff is friendly and helpful and clearly enjoy the dogs! The old girls are ready to relax when they get home! Cannot begin to imagine anyone not having a good experience and highly recommend them. They offer many services, grooming, training, daycare and boarding. Just love the boarding options. My girls MUST be together and are use to having a TV. Fantastic Fido's kept coming up in conversation when discussing my new puppy who has been a terror. I had wondered what the new owner and staff were like. They'd been there quite awhile. I started using them again with a new pup for grooming and much needed discipline. So far I am very impressed with results I've seen when I pick up the little monster. My mom's dog loved going here. He went three days a week and always had a good time! They also have a snapchat, where my mom could see how he was doing, and he always had a smile on his face. They have a groomer and he was groomed every two weeks. We also boarded him once there, and they took good care of him. My mom recently died, and they even sent flowers to the visitation. I honestly can't say enough good things about Fantastic Fidos. It's a dog's paradise, and I plan to take him back soon. read more

Since Fido's is under new ownership, with a true dog lover and people person, we couldn't be happier to have a local place to take our dogs when we're gone. The first time we took them and brought them home we were worried, because they slept like never before. Then we realized they played the whole time and burned off all that excess energy. Jaxx and Chance love FF. Our mommy had an unexpected family emergency and was able to board us at the last minute...we were do for a vacation from her anyway..sorry mom we do love u! FF is the bomb...we received excellent care and was able to play until out hearts were content! We enjoy meeting, making, and playing with new and old friends. BTW We LOVE THE STAFF! We love Fantastic Fido's!!! We have boarded our dogs there twice now and will definitely do it again. The staff is so friendly and professional. They seem to truly love the dogs. And the dogs, after just one stay, got so excited when we drive up for their 2nd visit... they were crying (with excitement) and i could hardly keep them from just leaving me and running through the parking lot and right into the building! Great place to take your dog if you can't find anyone to watch it while you go on vacation. When I used this service (I am not sure if they do it anymore) they posted pictures of the dogs (including mine) having a good time. This makes me feel good that my dog is having a good time while I am having a good time on vacation. It insures that your dog is being taken care of. read more

Absolutely the best doggie hotel! My two labs have been staying here when they can't go with us at least twice a year. They are very well cared for and give me updates with pictures and texts. Fantastic Fido's went under new ownership in 2017, making it a wonderful place to go. They offer a lot of training programs, grooming, boarding, and daycare. Fantastic Fido's is amazing! We do not trust anyone else with our beagle. They have excellent customer service and know every dog by name. We send our baby to daycare 3 days a week, boarding when needed, and they also do a great job grooming him too! I would highly recommend them. read more
