They took time during the office visit to get to know us and gave extra information about dog allergies due to excessive paw licking. The Vet stayed silent during the entire encounter. She refused to even open her mouth for fear of being held accountable. I pray that God has a way of dealing out justice to these people. I'll always regret taking our pets to these heartless people.

In turn, saving thousands of lives every year. We've been taking our pets here for years. It's over an hour's drive for us but it's worth it. The staff is always extremely friendly and caring. They genuinely care about the animals here. They are AMAZING people! If you expect a fancy doctor's office atmosphere, this may not be for you. Again, this is a non-profit organization only looking after the animal's best interest so you can skip the espresso machine and granite countertops. If you can't handle a small-town vet atmosphere and have snooty expectations, stay in the city and spend thousands more elsewhere. I commend the vets and staff that work there. It's apparent that the demands can be extreme. Some pet owners can be difficult to deal with and have unrealistic expectations, especially when their fur babies aren't feeling well. Unfortunately, the've lost some staff and had to scale back due to the extreme demands. At the time of my review, they only operate M-F on a first come first serve basis. This place and people here are AMAZING. Donations also keep this place running so just think of this when you're saving hundreds and consider donating a few dollars.

Today was a Saturday visit and dang, Saturdays sure can be a bad day due to wait time if you don't…read morearrive right after they open at 8AM. And we did not do that on this particular day. Our total time at the vet was 2.5hrs for 10min of time with the vet for a booster shot, and to get some general vet advice about my dog's ear hair and joint health. They don't provide an option to call from home or check in online, so clients are forced to spend 2 hours in a crowded waiting room with other sick/anxious animals which sucks. You can wait outside or in your car and they'll call you once they're ready, but they don't have a real outdoor waiting area and their parking lot is small. I do appreciate not needing to make an appointment to come to Countryside, but as I noted above, there are downsides. And the clinic was even more crowded when we walked out of the exam room. Honestly, I feel bad for the staff for having to always come to work know knowing what kind of day it'll be. With all that being said, I find the staff here friendly and knowledgeable. They have always given me the estimated cost for any surgeries, lab work, or additional testing that has been needed/recommended for my animals. I still recommend this place but avoid going in on Saturday, if you can.
