With no old tint to remove, the installation was quick, and I was back on the road in about an hour. I didn't inspect it thoroughly before leaving--something I'll do next time--and later that day noticed a crease in the upper corner of the passenger-side windshield tint. I contacted Austin, sent a picture, and he apologized and told me to bring it back. Since I wouldn't be in Wilmington for two weeks, he assured me they would fix it when I returned. When I came back, they remembered me and my car and addressed the issue without hassle. They replaced the windshield tint, and it now looks great. I'm very pleased with the results and appreciate that they stood behind their work. I would definitely recommend them.
