Prices for pedi were typical, but the add-ons (gel removal and gel mani) were over the top. The nail tech I had was rude and unprofessional. I told her the style I wanted and specifically asked for less chunky and thick more natural-looking and slim nails, but she was dismissive and even said, "If your nail breaks, it's not my problem," which was very off-putting. She didn't even finish my nails, she only completed one hand and then moved on to another customer. I was then passed to a different technician who seemed inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. I got cat eye gel, and the results were extremely inconsistent. My left hand looks great, but my right hand looks terrible. The magnetic effect is uneven, and each finger looks different. On top of that, all of my nail edges are rough and poorly finished. I paid $72+20% tip for this, which is honestly not worth it. I shouldn't have even left a tip given the experience. Overall, very disappointing service and lack of professionalism.
