Only rating one star to put my review. It doesn't even deserve a single star. My experience was all around horrible. From my uneven cut to my orange hair. I originally went in to get a cut and a bayalage and specifically asked for a light brown or blonde. I said if blonde will make my hair orange then please lighten my hair to a light brown. I didn't ask for my entire hair to be lightened. My hair was above my tailbone and I was going to donate it. Erin just swept up my hair and went on to do her crappy job. I did however sign an agreement that stated that I could go back and get my hair fixed within 10 days. So did. I went the 7th day to get my hair fixed. I specifically asked for someone else. Karly did the best she could with my messed up hair. She evened my cut and she suggested for me to do an all over color and darken the orange color. So I went along with her suggestion even though it was not what I originally wanted. She assured me it was the best thing to do for the health of my hair. She also said I should not be charged for my visit since the visit was to fix my hair. I was pleased with her personality. She apologized a million times and gave me ideas to nurse my hair back to health from all the bleach the other lady had used on my hair. When she was done. She had cut my hair up to my ears. Which is not the length I wanted at all. The original cut was so horrible that i am left with a Bob. Let me remind y'all my hair was originally up to my tailbone. I knew it was not Karlys fault but it is definitely Erin's. I also was not satisfied with my last dye job. Even after dying my hair darker the orange is still visible. At this point I just wanted to get out. I go to the front and the "regional manager" Paty greets me and tells me I have to pay. I was very upset at this point. I tried to explain that this visit was to fix a horrible job that was done from Erin. She jumped down my throat and harrassed me in front of her staff and potential clients. She offered a discount even though the paper work I signed clearly stated that I will not have to pay if I was not satisfied or if the job was done poorly. I showed her my pictures where you clearly see the unevenness and the orange in my cut and dye. She continued to hover over and yell at me as if it was my fault her staff have no experience in this industry. I kept calm and walked out and her potential customers agreed with me and said paty was definitely out of line. She should not have talked to her customer and absolutely not have charged me for the horrific experiences I have had at this establishment. She is by far the rudest representative I have ever spoke with. To be quite honest a joke period. She didn't even apologize for my cut. Now I will have to wait another 3 years to grow out. This place is a joke. Nice old ladies, but they are stuck in the rural 90s. I just got a blow out and was over charged because she decided on her own to use a curling iron to make me look like Shirley Temple. When she began to curl my hair with a hot curling iron, she sprayed hair spray on individual pieces of hair and immediately put the curling iron in my hair!!! WTF? Anybody who knows ANYTHING about hair knows that would fry my hair! paid 45 dollars to immediately pull my hair back and put on a hat to avoid embarrassment. Have these people ever watched TV or looked at a magazine, at least since 1999? HORRIBLE read more

I've been getting my hair cut here for over a year and love it. Can't imagine the negative review unless you simply can not communicate with your stylist. And if that person only got a blow out then how do they know about what cuts they do or don't do? Sounds like a fake review to me. read more

This is a very great place for friends and family to get their hair done! Very welcoming environment! The stylists are nice.
