Called three days before picking up my order. When I arrived at the flower shop I was helped promptly. I told the lady of the ideal colors I had. Didn't get what I asked for. A very huge lack of communication. I was charged 90 for a "full" butique 12 roses, and she didn't even get the roses i wanted . I asked for a pink and white on the center . She did a heart full of red roses with a few white in the middle. I was chagred 35 for delivery to a place down the street from where the seller was. Honestly, buy the flowers off the fwy next time way cheaper and better service. read more

Let me tell you, I couldn't have made a better decision. From the very beginning Maricely was amazing, she is such a pleasure to work with. This has got to be one of the best flower shops out there! Prior to searching Yelp, I was referred to two other flower shops by St. Francis Hospital. Neither of them were able to fulfill my request. I specifically wanted an arrangement for a male patient in the hospital so requested something masculine and not colorful. I found this shop and Maricelli was amazing!! I was looking for a florist that could do a bouquet for a wedding. I had gone to bigger chain flower shops and the prices were too much for what they were offering. Going into fantasy flower the florist showed me bouquet samples and asked me how much I wanted to spend. I told her $40 and she told me exactly how she would tweak the sample to make it within my price range. Everything was perfect! I loved the bouquet sample so much I asked her to put something simple together for the centerpieces too and she did not disappoint! I ended up spending half of what I originally planned to spend and got more than I expected! I even got real rose pedals for the flower girls there! read more

THE BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!! I called at 2pm on a Saturday asking for 2dozen roses and a ballon to be delivered for my 6 year anniversary. The lady asked when did I need them delivered and I told her immediately and luckily this place is only 2 miles from the destination. The nice lady prepared the roses and delivered within 20 min from my order request and the only reason I knew she delivered early is when my wife called me so happy to get a nice surprise. I was shocked! To pull this off on a serious occasion last min is 1 in a million without having to pay extra for the rush delivery. I am forever using this company for all my future orders. Great place really great the service here and the quality is unmatched everywhere I have gone is light years away from these florists they are amazing the prices are great and the service is amazing they make you feel like you have known them for years, like family. I ordered my flowers for my wedding here !!! The owner is great !!! I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. My flowers were beautiful!!! I also got centerpiece and they were so nice and pretty !!! I would definitely come back to order again ! Fantastic :) -Erika read more

I wasn't impressed with their customer service I received from any of them. They seemed to be too busy to answer a few simple questions. I live approximately 140 miles away from the City of Bell and it was important for me to know if I could place my order over the phone to be delivered within the city. A florist by the name of Isabel answered all my questions, helped me place my order and had the arrangements I selected delivered without delay. Isabel treated me with respect and was very professional. I was so pleased with Faby's Flowers that I ordered a few more arrangements this month; they were all delivered promptly and without issues. Their prices are so reasonable, that I am about to schedule two more deliveries today. I do recommend Faby's Flowers.

This update is regarding the business owner's behavior following my original review…read more After sharing my honest experience as a customer, I began receiving messages on Yelp from individuals connected to or defending this business. I was also informed that a TikTok video was made discussing me personally (see screenshots). In that video, the business owner refers to me as "chewing like a f****** cow" and calls me an "entitled brat." My original review did not include any personal insults, it only described my experience as a paying customer. I also want to clarify the payment arrangement. I was given two options directly by the business owner: 1. Pay through the invoice link sent to me, or 2. Pay $100 cash at pickup. The person who accompanied me at the time can also confirm this. I did not request a discount or avoid payment. If that were the case, I would have accepted the refund that was offered. I did not. My concern was communication and consistency with what was initially discussed. The TikTok video claims I "decided" to pay at pickup. However, the email shows that this arrangement was acknowledged by the business owner herself. Customers are allowed to leave honest reviews about their experiences without being insulted or discussed publicly on social media afterward. Screenshots are attached for context. I will not be engaging further on this matter.
