My girlfriend has been really wanting a new bullet but she's kind of picky and likes to compare the different brands, but last time we were there they seemed to be dispersed randomly throughout the store so we weren't sure if we had even seen all of them, it made it difficult to directly compare the different options. There is a lot of space in the store which makes it feel like their merch is not plentiful, but maybe that is intentional? Not sure I would go out of my way to go to this place in the future.

Vic, the employee, was very attentive as soon as I walked in. It was obvious that he was well trained in the products available in the store, as he fielded questions from 3 customers looking for 3 very different things. In other times that I have been to this store, the employees have made me feel welcome and willing to talk about anything sex novelty related, and not feel judged. The prices on toys are about spot on and what one could expect from the commercial porn industry. Good selection of 8" stiletto heel boots and shoes, I noticed. The lube, however, is way over priced. I saw lube carried at Walgreens for about $5 less. So alas, fantasy gifts is not the one stop shop for the bedroom player on a budget. But for everything else you may need to get, you can't go wrong.

I tend to shop both depending on what I'm looking for or the deals. I find the sales are often better on the Pink side when shopping for apparel & even bra's. I recently had surgery and was looking for a particular type of sports bra in black. I found one on sale (sale not clearance) on the pink side & was looking for a second, same size and style. I asked a sales associate if they had any in the back or if she knew if they were anywhere else in the store. She basically used that as an opportunity to try to upsell me on a VS sports bra that was white & black, a more foam material & thinner, less supportive, also pretty big price jump from the sale price. Basically wasted my time. I ended up just grabbing the one I found. When I went to check out it was a mess. There was no associate at the main check out, despite people trying to checkout/find someone trying to check them out also. They were told to check out on the Pink side but there was 3 people in line and the associate working the checkout stated she was new and called for help several times. There were 2 women in the front of the line trying to use discounts and gift cards and there were a lot of issues w/ that. Like the cashier added the gift card balance to their order as of they were buying a gc instead of using one. Felt like it took forever to get it worked out. Then those people basically ran out the door and the security alarms set off, and the associate was trying to get them to come back because she may have forgot to remove security tags. The girls left so fast despite hearing the alarms and checking that she gave up but the other associates came over and to investigate what happened instead of helping move the growing line along. Just a mess.

The receipt printed, the math still wasn't magically mathing. Then she didn't know how to refund, a coworker joined her and verbally screamed at her for accepting cash at that register because it made her life harder at closing. Finally said screw it and walked over to the pink side to stand in the long line to check out and watched the workers at 3:00 pm start changing the sale tags all through the store. The worker changing the sales flyers (hot pink construction paper) walked around the store saying, "f*** this place, I don't even care if I get f***ing fired!" Do better!

I like this location over most of the others because its in Northtown mall and there's really not a…read morelot going on there, so other than Black Friday/Holiday season it's pretty empty and I can find all the sizes I need. I usually make an online wishlist of things I want so I can go in and see what they look like/try things on if I need too. But this location was pretty picked over for pretty much everything including the Pink body stuff. I had a few reward cards to get rid off so I ended up picking up a fanny and some lipglosses. I do like the specials and deals they offer on the Pink Nation app. For sure try everything on before you buy. They have a return limit. They usually have a staff member working in every section of the store. They will check on you every two steps you take it feels like but they are pretty nice overall. I was a little disappointed to see that somethings I got in store were on clearance online for a lot less. So always compare prices.
