Michelle was amazing. I called at 1:30pm, for a gel manicure, she had time for me at 1:45pm. She did a great job and spent time to get to know me and talk to me. She was very sweet and not like others I've been too. She did my nails in about 40 minutes. Michelle did a massage after that was really great- also way better then I have had at other places. She took great care of me and I'm so grateful for her. I really needed this treatment. Bathrooms very clean, the space was clean and very beautiful and comforting. The trickling water sounds and light, calm music was great, I loved this about Michelle's shop. It really helped me to relax and enjoy some much needed self care. I can't wait to got back and get a pedicure. I'll do an update on the gel manicure after a week or so to post another image to show quality. read more

Fantasy Nails rocks! Kim does the best pedicure I've ever had anywhere. Kim used to be a masseuse before starting to be an esthetician. She massages each leg a minimum of 15 minutes including using her knuckles the bottom of my feet. She knows how to do deep tissue work on my legs. I even get my pedicure before going on a cruise as I've tried theirs when I won a free spa certificate. I would rather go to Kim than waste time anywhere else. Rude owner. Went to get my nails done for my wedding. I had sliver stones put on crooked, the glue was way over applied and clearly visible and the nails were not evenly filed. The owner demanded I pay for the service of $50 and I paid $40. Experiencing her attitude I would not put it past her to call the police for not paying her off. NEVER GO THERE. My nails look awful. I'm literally leaving here and going somewhere else to get them fixed. Kim Told me my nail bed a thicker that's why the clear difference between the shapes of my nails. Lol they never looked like this before in 20 yrs of getting my nails done. Two weeks ago at my normal place they weren't thicker and misshaped . For sure will never waist my money here. The stars are there because everyone at this salon is so nice, and for that reason it's hard to leave a bad review, but it's gotta be said: This is the worst gel manicure I've had in Eugene. To remove my existing polish, the tech dremeled my nails down so much that some of them are now paper-thin. I had to coach her every step of the way in shape and length, otherwise I would've ended up with a lot of mismatched nails. Finally, the actual polish job is really poor - lumpy, streaky, and stuck to my cuticles. When I left, before I even put my keys in the ignition of my car, I got on the phone to another salon to try and get this fixed. Pretty disappointed. read more

I've had a few consistent issues here...I ask for hot water for my pedicure and then I get lukewarm water which only gets colder with time. I've asked for them to warm it up and it's still not hot enough. This is a point of contention for me because if I'm paying 40 dollars or more I do NOT want to soak my feet in tepid water. Once they didn't dry my nails well enough and the gel chipped in a few days. Gel should not do this. They also have a very slim selection of gel colors. The pros are they're not super busy so you can usually walk in and get service right away. They're nice enough. They play really weird videos like last time it was a video slide show of things like a worm, a slug, and a frog just kind of barely moving around. They seem clean except I don't like to put my feet in a pedicure tub without a liner and they didn't use one last time. I might go back if everything was super busy but I probably will go elsewhere to be honest. read more

I'm secure in my masculinity!!! My wife has brought me here a few times such that we take turns treating each other to pedi's (I've even got the lingo down). Sadly my wife is out of town on a family emergency and I feel as if my toenails are about to tear through my leather boots. It's a gorgeous Saturday and I've got some errands to run do I made it a point to get a pedi before I really start my day. They got me in right away and that's been the case on many visits. I've had several of their pedi technicians and they are all really good at what they do. What started out as feet resembling Predator are now nice and soft and well groomed. The massage after all the trimming, scrubbing, and buffing is awesome and my feet and lower legs feel so relaxed after a week of shifts in the ICU. The I can not recommend this place highly enough. massage chairs also do a great job. Each technician does a different massage technique and I've never been disappointed. I will be back and will hopefully have my wife with me but I'm still cool going stag to fantasy nails. read more

She did not make me feel rushed, and she paid attention to detail. She may not recover from the workout my gross feet required of her, but she was a trouper! Worst experience ever!My nails were filed uneven, wobbly, in a rush and don't match. After three people attempting to file them asking me, "what do you want?" I explained politely how I wanted them short, not squared like press on's nails, not round or pointy. Just a natural look like they are growing but shorter. I gave up and said, ya, fine, whatever, just to leave before I start crying. Left unhappy, dry cracked cuticles and hands like I walked into the store. No cuticle oil or lotion was used. Depressed because it will take months to grow out these ugly shaped nails and this is a rare treat for me to have a manicure and I hate my nails now. The worst manicure pedicure I have ever had :-( The nail polish bottles are old and the enamel dried up. The first two colors that I picked had a little product on the bottom but dried. The pedicurist added acetone to reuse expired product. They charge extra for filers and toe spacers. While doing the manicure he clipped to much of my cuticles and had 3 of my fingers sore and bleeding. For two weeks my cuticles are still rough and stick on all my clothing It looks like a rat has chewed my cuticles :-(. They looked better before the manicure. The nail enamel he used on my fingers chipped off the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place and I will not be going back. read more

After searching for 2 years to find a nail place I am comfortable going to, which does a good job and doesn't overcharge, I have found IT. Some nail places seem to cater to the 'fill' customer, and that's one of the reasons I haven't liked several places. I like my cuticles cleaned UP, since I do a lot of yard work and have dry nails, with frequent, hangnails. I don't wear polish on them, though. Buffing makes them look good, as Michelle did for them today. I had a different person do my pedicure, which is fine. GREAT results. Good massages of both hand/arms and legs/feet. Came here for a pedicure on a Tuesday morning, needless to say it was quiet and we were able to start the pedicures right away. This place is not easy to find, without my navigation I would have never know a nail salon exists in this strip mall. My nail tech was super friendly and attentive, this is definitely one of my favorite pedicure experiences! She took her time to make my feet presentable again, and gave amazing foot massage. For 25 dollars, I really can't complain. A lot of other nail salons would only do the basic nail trimming and painting, but nothing beyond that. Just don't forget to bring your nail kit with you, they do charge 3 dollars for using theirs. This place has a lot potential with their great service, looking forward to more effort in their decor, it would really make a difference! read more

I had the only guy do my gel acrylic fill and it was horrid. He only did one coat of the gel polish so it was very thin and you could see my nail underneath. He was so rude disrespectful to me. 2 of my nails fell off shortly after and my nails were lifting. Never had such a horrible experience. That guy should not be licensed to do nails. This is a color changing polish, and the accent nail is a technique called "watercolor" in which she used 3 different tone blue sharpies, acetone I think, and blowing to create this beautiful affect.
