CHAIRS did NOT arrive in time. The WORST! They delivered my chairs for my Baby shower 2 Hours LATE. I even "upgraded" my chairs to the wooden padded chairs and they were DIRTY,BROKEN, and CRACKED! .... I even called them The day before my baby shower to Confirm the time and they said 1130AM I said NooO I made the reservation for 10AM. She said okay we will get them there in time... The next day ..... it's 1030AM no one from the rental company has called to say they are running late, we had to call them 3x in order to talk to someone and find out WHERE my chairs were as my shower was starting I 30 minutes...... IF your going to deliver something late you'd think you'd at least call the customer and tell them!!!..... my chairs didn't arrive until 11:55AM!!! So my guests had NO WHERE to sit!! This is the WORST party rental company ever!!!!!!!! The contact person Veronica is extremely rude and disrespectful! They provided a bounce house and snow cone machine the workers did not plug up the snow cone machine before leaving. The snow machine did not work and when we called after the party the owner Veronica went back and forth with my family and I, and hung up on us multiple times! It's not even about the snow machine not working it's about the attitude and poor customer service. No apology was ever given and I was told it was my fault! i recently used them in a crunch everyone else i had called that was known and reputable was booked for the busy holiday season. well they were available and affordable so i booked them. they didnt call to confirm delivery time. just showed up dropped off the stuff, the chairs were old and worn and the tables were in bad shape - thankfully we were using nice thick table cloths. they came back a few days later, again unannounced, to pick up and they said we had kept 2 chairs. uh no are you serious. why would we want your crappy chairs!? anyways in the end it was a mistake on their part, the driver had never delivered those 2 chairs, meaning we were 2 chairs short the whole time. we hadnt noticed bc we didnt count them (lesson learned) and we had a few no shows which is why seating wasnt an issue. they were not very polite about the missing chairs. overall i wouldnt use them again unless they were the only ones available in the affordable category. read more

I rented and reserved seats for my family's Christmas eve dinner which I am expecting 70 people. When my mom called today to confirm they told her that they never ran the credit card and no seats were reserved. I reserved them over a month ago and they never notified me that they didn't reserve them. Now I have no idea where ib am going to find chairs. @ fantasy party rental This is the absolute worst party rental place ever. They asked to deliver my bounce house a day early & then 7 hrs later claimed their truck broke down although they never called to say so. Then refused to deliver on the actual day of the party saying they tried to deliver the day before but I wasn't available 7 hrs after they promised to be there. They refused to answer their phone & kept lying when they did. I had to find a last minute replacement bounce house on the day of the party. Thnx for a ruining a baby's 1st birthday. Fantasy party rentals is just that. A fantasy. I purchased the bounce and concessions package for a Birthday party. I was expecting "the most professional service and the quality service I deserve" as advertised on their website. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessionalism, disrespect and indifference;when trying to resolve an issue concerning the rented popcorn machine. This item was old, rusted and worn. It did not turn on when we plugged it into the parks outlet so I called Veronica the owner/manager to resolve this issue but she stated the driver was no longer in the area and she assured me that I would receive a refund for the popcorn machine. About an hour later the driver shows I politely ask him what is going on and he responds rudely that he is here to gas up the generator for the bounce and evaluate the popcorn machine. I told him that I tried several outlets on the parks property and the machine still is not working. He gets his extension cord plugs the machine on the floor in the middle of the grass to see if it works. The machine powers on and he comes up to me and says with a nasty attitude "this is not our fault, the machine works you will not be issued a refund". I proceed to call Veronica and explain to her that I still want my refund because when the driver arrived the party was close to ending and I no longer wanted to serve my guest stale popcorn from old rusted uncleanly machine. She got belligerent with me stating that it's not the company problem and before I could get another word in she hung up in my face. She was extremely disrespectful and belittling. This is the worse party rental ever, they don't have good compressors so the bounce house felt 3 times in my daughter's birthday party leaving the kids inside, the scene of parents trying to get the childrens out of the bounce was horrible, at the end we call the bounce of terror, and don't even mention the 3 machines that I rented the pop corn, the snow cone and the hot dogs did not work because the park does not provide with the electricity enough to run 3 machines, if these people were professional they should be know, they ask you the money in cash by the time of delivery because they know nobody can pay for such a mess.... read more

This is the company you never want to do business with! They provide wrong information just to get your business and deliver the worst quality product that falls a part. We had our sons birthday on Saturday. We needed 36 chairs and 8 small tables to sit 36 children. We had delivered 2 large table ( one of them was falling a part and other one falling down legs, hinged down on one side) plus 4 tiny tables to sit 2 children at each. We informed the delivery person that the inventory he delivered was incorrect . We were told that there is no other tables available at the time and there is nothing they can do for us. We couldn't sit 36 children by the tables that we received since there was not enough room for all the children and for liability purpose. We were afraid the tables will fall on kids legs. Our party was approaching shortly and we were left with no tables for children. The party was turning into a disaster because of the unreliable Fantasy Party Rental. This is the most unprofessional, unreliable business I have ever dealt with. My daughters bounce house collapsed in the first 10 minutes before even one child got in and I called Veronica who never sent anyone to fix it till 5 o'clock. She offered me to use the bounce house at a later date then ignored my calls, emails and messages. When I finally reached her she basically told me oh well you accepted the bounce house so to bad. This company will RUIN your party and then blame you and rob you. I was having my son's first birthday party- i ordered early delivery- the day before for the items - That morning, i was told i would receive the items around 10am. I took off work. 10am came, nothing showed. By 2pm I had received 4 phone calls saying they were 30 minutes away each time. I finally called at 330 and told them i wanted the manager to call me back. when the manager called me back, they told me that since i didnt pay any extra for early delivery- they were not obligated to do it. I have the contract, it stated that it would be delivered the day before ON THE CONTRACT and stated by noon. This is a breach of contract. I told them i had family coming in at the airportt at 630pm and i would need to leave my house, so would someone be there by then. It was raining, and the gentleman told me that because of the rain, he would try but it would not be a guarantee. I arranged for other people to pick up my family at the airport so i could be home for the delivery. At 430pm, i received a call and they said were stuck in traffic on the highway. bumper to bumper- It was the delivery guy- so i asked where on the highway and which highway, since you can take back roads to my house and i could guide him- he told me he was three exits away and traffic wasnt moving. i gave him further directions and he told me he had to use his pre printed directions. getting suspicious i got on the highway- drove exactly to where he said he was - and lo and behold, traffic was MOVING QUICKLY !!!! i called him back and asked if he was still in traffic, he said Yes it is so bad, i do not think i will get there before 2 hours. I asked him once more to reiterate WHERE he was, he confirmed, he was RIGHT WHERE I HAD JUST FLOWN BY AT 65MPH- This is when i gave him one more chance to not lie- He lied and I lost it, told him it was unprofessional and that if he was not coming, he needed to tell me so i could find other things for my party which was in a couple hours. all of the sudden, there was numerous people laughing, he must have been hanging out at a friends or something ! i called the office, and the rude women who i had spoken to numerous times that day, answered. She told me the driver had jus called and since i used profanity, they were cancelling my order. I told her that the guy is late by over 6 hours at this point!!!! she told me that they felt they were in danger because of my profanity, there was a no refund on the deposit, and to have a good day. She then hung up on me. In hysterics i called my husband- he dialed the office and asked to speak with the owner. The owner answered, call me a b**** to my husband and said "blame your wife that the party is ruined" - my husband was calm when he explained that i lost it because i was lied to for hours- that it was unprofessional and that since they were to blame, he wanted his deposit back. The gentleman said he would "think about it" - on such short notice we were unable to get the items for my son's party and actually cancelled it the next morning until we could reschedule- 75 people cancelled for the party since we had no chairs, tables, tents, entertainment or food, as we had ordered all this. What a disgrace. We called all the next week to receive our deposit, and even now, A YEAR LATER- they keep sending me "proof" of a deposit reversal- this does NOT have my account number, name , nothing on it. just simply an amount, on their letter head and a date- no banking information NOTHING. i have called my bank, they confirm, we never got it. I have asked them to reissue itand show me proof where it was reissued, NOTHING. they just send me this stupid paper- I have in writing an email where they called me names, including "crazy as*" when my request for my deposit back. Stay Away!!! they take your money and don't deliver. I paid for a bouncy house, table and chairs in advace. "Veronica" promised a 12 noon delivery. On the day of the party, I called at 11:30am and was told the driver would be at my house at 1:30pm or earlier; the party started at 2pm. At 1:45pm they said the driver was "on his way". At 1:55pm the driver was still on his way. At that time I told them if the driver didn't make it on time (at 2pm), I would dispute the credit card transaction; they used that as an excuse to cancel the order. at 2:14pm, I called back and practically begged them to make the delivery as my little girl would be very dissapointed if she didn't get the bouncy house. The man on the phone told me the driver was 5 minutes away but would only deliver if I paid cash. When I didn't give in to the extorsion, he said the order was cancelled. Two different employees hung up the phone very rudely on different occasions and told me I had to understand there was traffic! They never intended to make the delivery! when I posted a review on facebook, they disrespected me even more and never apologized. They also refused to refund the money using the excuse that I would dispute the charge anyway. Do your kids a favor and stay away from these disgusting thieves!!! read more

Horrible Experience! I rented tables, white wood chairs, and table cloths for my cocktail party. Delivered the day before, the chairs were dirty and completely banged up. I had the delivery guys take the chairs back because they were unacceptable. So they showed up with another set of chairs (after several phone calls) ONE HOUR before my party started. And the chairs were still dirty. It was embarrassing to have my guest sit on these. One of the tablecloths had a hole in it, which they would not credit me back because they would not return any of my phone calls. This is the most unprofessional, disgusting business. read more

She was very rude, not very accomodative to our family party needs. Very poor business pratice and not very forthcoming. Consumers be aware. This place is horrible. we celebrate our 5year old birthday and we spent almost 600 dollars with them. They sent us an attendant that showed up late with her "friend" dressed up inappropriate for a kids birthday party. they also sent us a clown that did not speak a word of English and telling all my guests that I waisted my money hiring her for two hours because she could not entertain the kids. After the attendants left we ended up with a cotton candy machine and a hot dog cart that we could not use and this company refused to refund us our money. I wrote reviews from 2 years ago and somehow they disappeared- just in case anyone was thinking of using them.... to be more in depth than the original complaint I can summarize to state that we booked (and paid the deposit) for our Saturday Party- They told me they would deliver by noon on Friday. I received calls from the driver more than once claiming to be 45, 30 or 15 minutes away. At 6pm, while on the way home from the airport picking people up, I called to see what what going on. I had taken a whole day off work, my mother and husband than had to cover and take half days off work to wait since the driver kept saying he was "15 minutes away" - When I finally reached the driver again he told me he was at a certain place on the highway and traffic was at a stand still- so I turned my car around and went to said location- traffic moving smooth as could be. So I called and a woman answered his cell, he yelled at woman, took the phone away, and hung up on me. I called the office because I felt they should know. i WAS very very very upset, rightfully so, and wanted to let them know that they had a driver not doing their jobs correctly- instead of an apology, i got cursed at and told that I was not promised a time and to just chill out- When i lost my cool, a gentleman (claiming to be the owner) got on the phone and stated "find someone else to get your party stuff from, we have cancelled your order and you will not receive a refund because this was your fault we had to cancel" - It was not acceptable and my husband called all night to try and get it rectified- I was hysterically crying and the guy told me to "shut up and suck it up" - he ruined my son's first birthday and the next morning we had to scramble with a combination of buying and renting other items. We demanded a refund and the guy said he would do it; we told him mail it (we also emailed this) since we cancelled the card number (we do not like shady companies getting our card number, and clearly they were shady if they could knowingly ruin a kid's birthday) He sent an email stating he refunded the old card and that if I did not get it, "too bad" - I sent a write up from my bank stating that there was never an attempt to credit me and that they would have told them the card was not active. I also put in the 27th email to them that they could forward the deposit money to my home address - they have declined to this day- it has been 2 years - if that is not reason enough, I am unsure what is. However, please keep in mind, they have terrible reviews- many people who "reviewed" them share last names with the owners or workers (dig deeper and do your own research) - I will never allow my family members to use this company and any time this pops on my newsfeed of a friend "liking" their company, I make sure to tell them to stay away. I am proud to say I have saved a couple friends from using them and making the biggest mistake. There are too many options out there- keep looking- we used a fabulous bounce house and party rental company last year and the year before- I would be happy to recommend them, just PM me! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Just had my daughter's 4th birthday party yesterday and I rented the 5 in 1 combo bounce house about a month in advance. I called Saturday to see if I can postpone my rental of the bounce house since it was forecasted to rain all day Sunday (the day of the party). I have my son's birthday coming up soon and I know I would be renting a bounce house so I could use that credit towards than rental since it was going to be useless to use for my daughter's party due to the rain. Well, they would not allow it and were very inconsiderate about the whole situation and instead came the day of the party in the pouring rain to set up a bounce house that never once got used because it rained all day!! I never once asked for my money back, I simply wanted a credit to use towards a future date. I am a single mom of 3 and to just throw away $230 like that was an absolute horrible, and very unfortunate experience!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTY RENTAL COMPANY!!! read more

these people are thieves, i contacted them to do a birthday party for my now 1 year old daughter for december 8th, and i called them a number of times the same week of my baby's birthday party to make sure everything was ok and running smoothly. can you believe that on the day of my daughters birthday party they never showed up !!!! guest where arriving and i literally did not have not a single chair, table, or tent. i was literally in tears and couldn't believe that a quote on quote "professional business" would do such a thing, i called them over and over and they just would not answer any of my calls until i called from a different number, the owner is a liar and his wife is veryyyyyy rude !! they never refunded me my money and its been 4 months now!! i am actually meeting up with a lawyer this evening and will be seeing them in court soon.... please please please do not risk ruining your events using there services, i wouldn't refer them to a single soul !!! read more
