The prices are very reasonable. Once loaded we were off to play. Our littles and teen were kept occupied for about 45 minutes without complaining ! I went a few days prior and spoke to the manager regarding the package which was great for our party of 12. They have a game card and have a special area space that you can use to eat while your party is there. He was very helpful and polite and able to set up everything for our event. On the day of the actual event, the two staff members that were there were super helpful with set up and when I asked about a discount with the pizza place they weren't too sure and contact the manager at home to be sure to get me the right answer. The manager from home ordered our pizza so it was correct and I was simply delighted and grateful for that help. The arcade games were perfect for the children that we had ranging from ages 3 to 9 (and some adults too) and they all walked away with a prize afterwards. I cannot thank the staff enough for this experience and I will be sure to check my notes for the names and edit this review to be more personalized.

I wait and wait and wait alllll day for an email saying it was ready to pick up, which it never came. I call again the day after in the morning to check the status of my order. The representative on the phone says it was picked up, which I never picked it up. Weird. So I let her know I never picked it up and the representative contacted the store and she said that they can do a substitution for it. Cool! So I head on down to pick up my substitution... just for them to try and charge me $55 AGAIN to pay for the substitution. I tried explaining that I have already paid for the item which wasn't in stock according to one of the workers, and she just didn't care. She wanted me to pay yet another $55 for the damn substitution. Every explanation I say to hear lands on deaf ears. I walk out since I am not paying $55 AGAIN. After I walk out, they finally realized that "oh shoot wait, that item isn't in stock so let's cancel the order the day after he placed it". I contact customer support just for them to not be able to do anything since the worker already processed my refund. Now I am without my early Christmas gift and $55 f****** dollars. Merry Christmas. Don't place orders for pickup online for this store. Better yet, don't shop here. Ridiculous

I was looking for a studio for my daughter to dance but with the whole COVID and shutdown, it was a…read morebit difficult. We weren't comfortable going in the studio just yet, but we still wanted her to get that training in. Luckily I found CSLV and was instantly drawn to them because: 1. They offered zoom classes, no pressure to go in studio 2. Their fees were so affordable - SO AFFORDABLE The hiphop class that she took via zoom was perfect. She enjoyed it so much! I loved how the instructor always checked in with those on zoom vs just focusing on those in class. Once we were ready to go back in studio, we were welcomed with open arms. I can see that baby girl has improved tremendously in her dancing skills. She is more aware of her counts which is a huge. She's been dancing Ori Tahiti since she was 3 and she usually rushes thru the choreo. But now she takes her time and is a lot more aware of her counts and moves. Huge thank you to her instructors at CSLV for helping her with that and just helping her be a better well rounded dancer. In the short amount of time we've been with them, baby girl has already done a video shoot, they're working on their next video shoot now, and hopefully will be performing live the end of the year (assuming things start opening up). That is a lot more than what she did at her previous dance studio and she was dancing there for almost the same amount of time. So if you are looking for a studio to get your kids to dance with, I highly recommend Culture Shock. The instructors are great and always willing to accommodate, if they can make it work. They're a non profit organization, so they're not out here trying to get all your money. They are definitely working for the kids and I love that. I mean, I live all the way in the northwest part of town and we drive down to them weekly. Love that we're part of the CS family!

I am new to…read moreHendreson and thought doing a tour of holiday lights would help in acclimating myself to getting around my new city of Henderson, this house is almost down the street from me, well a bit away from down the street but close enough. I drove up and was just in AWW of the outside. It wasn't until later that i realized there was more to see on the inside. I am hoping they are doing this again this year as my uncle who loves going and driving to see Christmas decorations will be in town and driving around with me and I have this address already on the top of my list of must stop at addresses and hope to do the walk through and of course will bring a donation for this years charity.
