While she initially tried to help, her attitude was so nasty that I decided I'd rather help myself. I came in yesterday for a pair of heels and forgot my ID today, but the gentleman who remembered me from yesterday greeted me saying welcome back. There was a girl standing next to him who was really rude when I asked him to let me shop even though I forgot my id. I also presented my dance card that no one can have unless 18 and up.JUST RUDE. We decided to visit while walking the strip & after visiting the neighboring Planet 13. All the naughty signs on the outside were intriguing enough to bring us inside the store. As soon as you enter, there is an old man robot on each side of the door with his dingdong hanging out, which is pretty funny. They sell toys of all kinds, books, bath & body items, BDSM & fetish, lingerie and apparel, couples play and more. Although it's free to enter and walk around, they also have a back room where you can watch porn for a fee but we didn't go back there. They offer free shipping on orders over $99. To that end, I was greeted and shared my ID and an hour later I went in search of a person to pay. There was one man in front of me in line who also had to help find a person to pay. To be fair, the same person solved both our challenges. The location is weird and poorly marked if you haven't been there before. It's a very busy corner and it's very difficult to leave once you've been there. I haven't shopped in a lot of brick and mortar stores in Vegas post pandemic so maybe my sticker shock was misplaced when I saw the prices. On a definite upside is the amount of SKUs. Specifically PLUS SIZE BOXED items which is a hard find unless you shop on line. This place is enormous! What I really wanted to see was their famous "erotic museum" but it was closed, unfortunately. It's fun to take a look around the store and it's just off the southern part of the strip. If you park in back (free parking) you can enter through their "back door". Overall for me personally I would probably give this 3.5 But looking from other peoples perspective I would easily give it to four if not five. This is your typical adult Bookstore which carries your typical adult pleasure items, lingerie, DVDs, etc. I found the store itself to be remarkably clean, well organized, and the staff was amazing. The only reason I myself would market down any is because the store is clearly geared towards heterosexual couples.
