It was so easy to make an appointment, communicating via text message. Please note, it is at her residence, but she is a licensed therapist. I did not feel uncomfortable, room was no different than any other business where I have had massages before. If anything, it is more serene not interacting with other clients/staff nor busy parking lots. I appreciated her holistic approach, and using oils that are vegan/cruelty-free, no heavy creams with perfumes or chemicals that are commonly used. She is soft spoken, gentle with guiding my positioning, I could tell she is passionate about her work. I had mixed up an oil at home that I brought (castor oil w/peppermint) and she had no problem using it for my massage.
