Some are more gentle and some are very firm and the massage has been painful at the start. When I'm there it's on me to ask for the pressure level I want, so if you remember that, it's a good experience. Clean room, towels, and chairs, quiet, dark room. For me it's perfect.

Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I hope management reviews what happened and improves how situations like this are handled because this experience has made me think twice about returning.

The parking lot was busy with lots of stores nearby, but we found a space. We got there a bit early, but they took us right away. The darkened room had a number of "beds" . We were directed to put our shoes etc in a little basket by the bed. Our "therapists"introduced themselves and gave us each a hot water filled basin for our feet. As we lay back to get comfortable with soothing music in the background, we were covered with towels and a cloth over our eyes. First the arms and the hands, then the feet and legs. And after turning over, it was the neck, shoulders and entire back. My therapist had strong hands and reached every muscle knot. Some I didn't even knew I had. After we were done, we tipped, and then came payment time at the front desk. We were each given a bottle of cold water and a loyalty card. I surprised my boyfriend, who is a professional athlete, fighter and trainer with his first professional massage for his birthday. Lucy did not answer when she was treating a client (respectfully) when I first called, but responded promptly to accommodate. She accommodated me even with my last minute request, and came in on a Saturday to accommodate. She greeted us at the door and even offered me a Chinese medicine for my own personal injury. She has a gold heart. She gave my boyfriend such a thorough massage, the only time her hands weren't working, was when she was putting oil on her hands. My boyfriend was in such a trance, he fell asleep and came out looking like a new man. I felt his shoulders, and I have never felt them more relaxed. Leanne has been my go-to girl for the majority of the time. She defines what a healer is. She is loaded with love and compassion and truly wants her patients to feel better by the time they leave. I live with severe pain and that can be very difficult not just physically but emotionally. Undoubtedlyif you were trying to choose whether or not to go to them you should know that you are truly safe in their hands. She had John who was obviously a trainee. He spent the entire time "petting" her. She requested that he increase the pressure (or at least give some massage pressure) twice and he did nothing. She was very disappointed as was I. It was the worst "massage" she has ever had. I also requested in advance that we all be next to each other and we were not.
