We are absolutely loving Master Scott's Taekwondo Kids! As a family with deep roots in martial arts…read more-- my husband was a karate instructor himself -- we weren't going to settle for just any studio. We found exactly what we were looking for here. Master Scott is genuinely wonderful with kids. He's kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what he teaches. Our 10yo son has gotten so much stronger since joining, and more importantly, he's developing a real appreciation for martial arts as a lifelong practice -- not just something to do after school. If you're in the Litchfield Park area and looking for a reputable, high-quality program led by someone who truly cares about his students, look no further. Highly recommend!

We are incredibly grateful for TaekwonKids. My four year old daughter, Noelle, has been attending…read moreTae Kwon Do here 2 to 4 times a week, and the growth I've seen in her has been amazing. Before choosing this dojo, I visited several different places because I wanted to find the right fit. As a dad, I was not just looking for a place that teaches kicks and punches. I was looking for a place with strong leadership, real patience, a healthy culture, and people who genuinely know how to work with young children. The reason I landed here was because of Master Scott and the support system he has built around him. From the beginning, it was clear that this place is about much more than martial arts. They are helping build confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and courage in these kids. My daughter is only four, and she is doing incredible. She looks forward to class, takes pride in what she is learning, and continues to grow both on and off the mat. Watching her gain confidence, listen well, respond to instruction, and believe in herself has meant a lot to me. One thing I really appreciate is the way they challenge the kids while still meeting them at their level. That balance is not easy to find. They know how to make class engaging and age appropriate, but they also hold the children to a real standard. That matters. Kids rise when adults believe they can. Master Scott has created an environment that feels structured, encouraging, and safe. You can tell he cares deeply about the children and the families who walk through the door. That kind of leadership sets the tone for everything. The support from the staff has also been a huge part of why this experience has been so positive for us. As a parent, there is something really special about finding a place where your child is not only welcomed, but truly seen. This has been that kind of place for us. I have watched my daughter grow stronger, more confident, and more determined, and I'm thankful for the role TaekwonKids has played in that. I highly recommend this dojo to any parent looking for more than just an activity. This place is helping shape character, and that is worth a lot.

I'm not even sure I want to talk about this place…read more I mean I literally die here 3 times a week Ok no seriously Danny is the manager and he's absolutely amazing. How he remembers everyone's name is beyond me but as you enter the building there he is with a big smile on his face. Please note, this goes both ways so when you start slacking he's there like where have you been. The teachers are amazing Don't get me wrong these workouts are challenging but the trainers are so supportive and want to see you do well. They all joke around and it truly feels like family

I am a former member and employee of Knockout Fitness. During my three years there, I was committed…read moreto my training and initially had a positive experience, until inappropriate behavior from my coach began to surface. Unfortunately, he was not the only one. As both a trainee and a coach, I experienced a pattern of misconduct, including suggestive comments and boundary-crossing behavior from multiple staff members, among them the head coach, front desk personnel, and several male members. The environment was consistently unprofessional and, at times, hostile. I was made to feel uncomfortable on numerous occasions, and as a woman, I was not taken seriously. My concerns were dismissed, my boundaries ignored, and my professionalism undermined. The emotional and psychological toll this has taken on me continues to affect my ability to feel safe and respected in gym spaces. Specific individuals overstepped their roles in ways that were unacceptable and contributed to a toxic and unsafe environment. I am working on retaining documentation, including messages and screenshots, that substantiate my experiences. I am currently pursuing legal guidance to ensure the harm done is properly addressed for myself and am posting under an alias to protect my identity while this process unfolds. Additionally, there were significant health and safety concerns within the facility. A friend of mine suffered a severe infection, nearly resulting in blindness, due to the unsanitary conditions of the equipment. This level of negligence further underscores the lack of responsibility exhibited by the management. I will not be silenced. I will continue to advocate for myself and for any woman who has experienced similar treatment at Knockout. If you are one of those women, please come forward. You are not alone. Many of the friendships I formed there were with others who had faced the same violations and disrespect. Together, we deserve better. This is not just about me, it is about demanding accountability. I will remain relentless until justice is served, I will not take legal action against knockout but I will demand I get help anyway I can with the evidence I have to assist me in my career.
