They were able to do it the same day, which wasn't expected, and then called me when they were unable to deliver it due to my friend not being home. This is a fantastic Florist. I live in California, and wanted to send a sympathy arrangement to a friend in Ohio. So I opted to use a local florist. Ordered online through their website and was very pleased with their straightforward and simple process. Delivery driver left a voicemail for me when he dropped the flowers off as I instructed. Just before their closing hour on a Thursday afternoon, I was asked by my partner to send flowers to a friend at her family home in Centerville, OH. I did not have a great experience with my flower order for my wedding in September. The owner had everything written down and was very confident in my order for my Friday wedding. I was very comfortable with this florist as they were very friendly, confident, caring and had a great selection of beautiful flowers. Unfortunately when I sent my aunt to pick up the flowers the day of the wedding at the pick up time there was an emergency so she was told to wait. She was not given a time which was challenging as she did not know where to go being from out of state to waste time (which we did not have). When she went back to pick up the flowers she was told it was an accident that it was written down for Saturday instead of my Friday wedding! This was shocking to find out as I had spoken to her multiple times leading up to the wedding for additions to my order. I was very surprised when I saw the flowers as they clearly appeared to have been thrown together. Not only did I think this, but everyone else did too. The flowers had ribbon that was around them then just tied in a bow. I was not happy with this at all. Unfortunately I could not just change mine as I would have had to fix everyone elses and did not have the time. The flowers at this location are very beautiful although if I had an important order that was time sensitive I would rather use a different florist to make sure it is accurate.
