I am so happy with the service and the living arrangement Flowers by Roger delivered to my family today in Middletown, OH. I called only two hours ago from California, spoke to Mary in the shop, who by the way couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I live and Seattle and Mary helped me out with an arrangement I wanted to send to my friend a couple months ago who lives in Middletown. I had to call the shop after delivery because unfortunately some of the flowers were wilting. But Mary from Flowers by Roger took care of the order and sent another one to replace it. But this review is because just this past weekend I had to send last minute flowers to the same friend for her mother's memorial, and Mary, my superhero, made sure a stunning arrangement was delivered in less than 2 hours! My Wife ordered flowers from Rogers Florist to be delivered to friends for Christmas while we were on vacation, upon our return we found out that the flowers were never delivered. I tried to contact Rogers using the phone number on their web site but the call could be completed. I sent Rogers an email which they respond a couple days later requesting order information which I supplied and said they would get right back to me, well that was several days ago. I contacted my credit card reporting the issue, they are investigating. Not sure what their problem is but I will not order from them again. read more

We have multiple wonderful experiences with Roger's, but most recently Roger made the most beautiful arrangement for my mother's funeral. He listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions about her personality and captured it in the gorgeous arrangement that was on her casket. We had so many compliments since they reflected her personality and taste so well. Sometimes for special occasions flowers can be an investment, and if you want a custom job I highly recommend Rogers so that you can be sure that investment is worth it. read more

Do not order from them. I placed an order thru a major online floral service, fulfilled by Flowers by Roger. What I ordered and what my bff received are 2 totally different things. Flowers by Roger also deducted a previously undisclosed fee handling fee of $15 from my flower total and sent an arrangement for the balance. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The colors weren't even the same. The online floral service & I both called and there was absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. read more

Terrible experience with them because of 1800flowers. My boyfriend sent me a birthday cake bouquet, the one on 1800 flowers site was pretty, but what flowers by rogers sent me looked like a funeral grey purple. I was very upset called 1800 flowers to fix the issue and they are so rude, kept trying to force more flowers on me that I didn't want and then mentioned rudely she needed the cardholder to do the refund the first time I called, then my boyfriend the cardholder called and same woman tried to get him to take more flowers I mentioned I didn't want anymore ugly flowers and she said I need to talk to the cardholder rudely to me again, there are images to compare what I got to what 1800 flowers falsely advertises. Not to mention last time I got flowers through them over 5 years ago I hated them so much I said I NEVER wanted flowers again... so don't get flowers here or from 1800 flowers save yourselves the time and attitude... read more

Called to order flowers for my brother in laws funeral. Paid extra to get to funeral on time paid extra for beloved uncle ribbon paid extra for beloved brother ribbon(which was peeling off) paid extra for babies breathe none was on there. Order was late. The other order was nothing to brag about ONCE finally arrived. So figured I would call and be reimbursed at least for not arriving on time and missing items, however I was cursed at and told he(Roger) didn't do shitty work. I made a mistake and had flowers delivered when my granddaughter was out of town. After one phone call, plans were made to retrieve the arrangement, and delivery was made the next day- on a Sunday!! I just had one of the worst experiences with this florist. My sister and brother-in-law wanted to surprise me by having flowers delivered to me on Valentines Day to my work. I got a call from my sister on said day at 4pm asking if I had anything delivered to me and I said no I have no idea what your talking about? So after she told me that she ordered flowers for me, I said I haven't received anything. So the next day when I come into my office (where the flowers were to be delivered) I have a voice mail from someone named Richard saying the flowers were not going to be delivered on Valentines Day but if I call him and give him my home address they MIGHT be able to deliver them to my home. So I call the number and I get no answer. I call the Florist and some twit answered the phone acting like she had no idea what I was talking about said yes we have a delivery driver by the name of Richard, and then asked if it was okay for them to deliver to my place of employment... Really I work at a major eye wear distributor we get deliveries all day long... So after hanging up with the twit, I get a voice mail from said twit stating the order has been canceled and they will not be delivering any flowers to me. My sister and brother-in-law never canceled said order and are now trying to get a refund back from the florist. I would never use this florist for anything least of all having flowers delivered to someone. They are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with.. Not only was the lady extremely rude, I cannot believe they did not deliver the flowers they actually canceled the order and charged my sisters credit card for an order that was never filled! BE WARNED! read more
