I am beyond annoyed by this office. We are a military family and new to the area. I called looking…read morefor a 5yr old well check for my son. Which is covered by insurance so I shouldn't have had to have an office copay. On top of that .. They billed me for an OFFICE VISIT on top of ANOTHER office visit for something I wasn't even there for. My insurance covers specialty doctors and I was not there to get a referral or any additional services from this office. They asked to do a visual and hearing test which me being a parent to a 5yr old I said whatever was included in the well check... I was never notified I would be billed for all of this. Nor did I know I was being charged for 2 office visits when I was there STRICTLY FOR A WELL 5 yr check up. Good luck trying to contact anyone that actually works In the office because all calls have had to pushed to their corporate bill. NOTIFY YOUR PATIENTS. SCAMMERS

We have been patients since 2012 and have never had a bad experience. We love all the doctors and…read moreusually never have an issue seeing our normal doctor. A few times with last minute appointments and whatnot we've had to see one of the other doctors and received just as amazing care as we normally do. I find it easy to call and speak to a nurse, if I have questions or get a sick child appointment if need me. The nursing staff is really great and caring. The reception staff is also very nice and friendly. All around we love bringing our kids here and they enjoy coming as well.

My last appointment I had the utter displeasure of seeing the head of the practice, Dr. Jeffries. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, he walked in and proceeded to pull up my labs and lecture me about results, knowing I was pregnant and some of the abnormal results were due to this. He was rude and didn't listen to a single word I said. This is the only time I have ever just walked out on a doctor. Fairly certain in that appointment I figured out why my previous doctors were leaving the practice. If he is as terrible to his coworkers as his bedside manor is I'm shocked that he is still in business. I would avoid at all costs. Switched to one affiliated with kettering, and have had zero issues since.

Dr. Jefferies has encouraged me long ago to be proactive with my health so I get blood work done every quarter to identify anything that may come up. Genuinely feel like I have a personal relationship with my Dr. as Mark does not make you feel like a number; visits always include interactive conversations. HIGHLY RECCOMEND DR.
