After consistently being unavailable for appointments or phone calls, my husband was pushed onto the NP at the office. After a recent manic episode resulting in a hospital hold, Dr. Mitchell assured our family that he would be more cautious and diligent about our case. Since then, we have been told Dr. Mitchell has been "on vacation" more than four times. The office clerks constantly greet us with scowls, poor communication skills and carelessness. In the midst of an anxiety attack, he told my husband that he can't help him anymore and he should find a new doctor. Dr. Mitchell is not only unprofessional, he is cold and lacks empathy. Dr. Mitchell has now cost our family 3 jobs, an ocean of tears and too much wasted time to count.

This doctor refused to treat my child, claimed I was being dramatic. Told me to give my kid a popsicle. Then threatened to call security when I asked for tests to be run. Just for me to take my child elsewhere one hour later and have an ambulance transport my baby whose oxygen levels dropped to 74 and continued dropping and he had 104 fever. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, RSV and bronchitis. A 3 year old. And now the hospital will not provide me paperwork or update his chart so I can report that doctor. CASES LIKE THESE KILL PEOPLE.
