Fareed is a once in a lifetime fitness trainer and health coach. If you are looking for a life changing experience, Fareed is the one to go to. I started with Fareed in September 2020 and have since then continued the workout plans and meal plans and have seen consistent success. Fareed tailors each exercise to your desired goals, he learns about you as an individual, and takes the time to do his own research on your genetics to provide the best and most efficient meal plans. It doesn't stop there, he is constantly engaged with you throughout the day to keep accountability and encourage you through your journey. If the workouts and meal plans have things that aren't working for you and your body he listens and works with you and finds what does work. I do this remote, I am in FL and Fareed is in VA and still I have been very successful. Fareed is dedicated to your goals and will get you there. His expertise in fitness and health is above anyone I've met. Now, in 2024 I continue to use the knowledge Fareed has given me. Over the past 4 years, I've gone through many life changes (as one does), however one thing remained the same, Fareed's commitment of support, guidance, and advice to reach my fitness goals over the years.

Was looking for a personal trainer to give me nutrition and workout plans custom for my body. There's too much (mis)information on the internet, and was tired of testing different things to ultimately give up after 1.5 months. I needed something I knew would work. Was also busy traveling for work, so needed programs and a coach that would work at home and on the road. Fareed got me in the best shape of my life, a body I never dreamed of having, but he knew from Day 1 was possible. He's all about educating, not medicating and would even analyze my blood panels to adjust my diet. He keeps the meal and workout programs fun and interesting (would ALWAYS look forward to getting updated plans!), and is always available for feedback and questions (actually demands haha) to help you get to your best self. I'm pretty self-disciplined, but he pushes you when you need it. He also helps you envision goals that I never even thought of. Hands down, he rocked my world. After working with him for over 1.5yrs, I ended up diving into a fitness certification because I wanted to learn everything, now playing around with my own programs. He also inspired me to do a photoshoot to potentially pursue modeling. Even today, I still bounce ideas off of him -- while he's still pushing me If you want to be elite in this lifetime, he's your guy. Get ready to put in the work, but know it pays off -- and maybe even changes your life. LOVE YOU FAREED!

I started off with a size 42 waist and now I'm down to a 36. If you're strict with the routine you will get in shape pretty quickly.

Updated review on 11/9/18 -- My time at OT has come to an end. I have nothing negative to say about…read morethe OT workouts and trainers, because they are all amazing. My decision to end my membership is because I continue to have recurring issues with the HR monitor. If you read my previous review, I had an issue with the HR monitor during my very first class. I gave them another chance though and signed up for a membership immediately after said class. OT staff sold me on their newest and latest HR monitor after my 3rd class that you can wear on your wrist. It cost $115 bucks. The OTBeat monitor I purchased, did not work the very first class I used it in (my 4th OT class at this point) - yes, it was charged and yes, it was worn correctly) -- I continued with the class anyways and spoke with front desk staff after my class, who alluded that I didn't wear it right and that I needed to arrive a few minutes early during my next class so they can put it on correctly (rolls eyes -- I knew it wasn't a user issue). But I held them to that suggestion and arrived early for my next class the following week. Front desk staff put it on my arm for me and I began my class. Low and behold, front desk staff interjects my workout a couple of times after realizing the HR monitor was defective. This was after they moved it further up my wrist and applied some gel. At 30 mins, I gave my HR band to the front staff and continued my workout without a HR monitor at all. They decided to keep my band and "fix it" and would give me a call when it's fixed and ready for pickup. It's been over a week and I still haven't received a single call from OT. You'd think after so many bad experiences and being a semi-new member, the studio manager would reach out to rectify my bad experiences, but that hasn't happened. I will be going in this morning with the box (glad I kept that) to return my HR monitor and will be cancelling my membership. For a plan that's $69/month, I expect the OT experience that everyone else gets -- the bad a$$ workout and getting my workout results so I can compare with the previous week and see progress. And if you're wondering, what my plans are next -- I'm planning on joining xsport. They have an X-IT program that is an additional monthly cost (cheaper than OT) and it involves a very similar workout with the HR monitor. They also offer childcare for only $15/month, which allows me to sign up for their unlimited X-IT program. Edited to include that I contacted OT today to inquire about the status of my OTBeat monitor and was told that it was sent to corporate for repair. I asked for a refund given it was purchased less than 2 weeks ago and I was told that opened and used merchandise can't be return, which is silly given I was sold a defective HR monitor from the very beginning and addressed that my band was not working properly the first day it was used. I was told that my only other option is to sell it to someone. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a gym.

The setup of the gym is also nice, and I really like the variety of bags available. Having different types of bags to train on is a big plus, especially if you're serious about MMA, boxing, or Muay Thai. That being said, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. The weight room section is where I'd have to knock some stars off. Equipment maintenance appears to be a recurring issue. When something breaks, it takes an extended period to get it fixed or even to initiate a work order from what it seems like since I been there or it stays "Out of Order." but for example, since I've been a member, I haven't seen any work done on the sauna that's advertised but has been out of order the entire time as well as a couple of other exercise machines. The cardio machines also feel like they're on their last leg, some of them are clearly worn down. A number of the machines could use updating, and the overall upkeep of the gym (including things like visible holes, wear and tear on the walls) could be better. I'd rate the general maintenance and upkeep around a 4.5/10. On the positive side, I'm still able to get all my workouts in, and the pricing is pretty reasonable for what you get i guess for the building space that it is. I just really have to adjust my workouts. With better maintenance and some updates, this gym could easily be top-tier. Overall: Decent gym with strong classes and training options, but it definitely needs improvements in maintenance and equipment upkeep. Honestly, I can't recommend this gym because of the ongoing issues with upkeep and maintenance.

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, so I want to be clear: this review is about the business…read moreoperations -- not the instructors. The teachers are excellent. The studio is clean. Instruction quality is 5 out of 5. My issue is access and management. This location consistently overbooks classes. I purchased an 8-class-per-month membership and repeatedly struggled to get into classes. I initially raised this concern in November after realizing I could not consistently secure spots within my general availability window (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.). The guidance I was given was to book classes two weeks in advance and join waitlists. While that may work for some, it is unrealistic for many adults managing work and family responsibilities. Expecting members to plan their schedules two weeks out just to access what they've already paid for is not practical. Because credits do not roll over, I lost unused credits in November and December. In January, the same issue continued -- and while weather-related cancellations are understandable, I was again unable to use what I paid for. Out of 24 classes I attempted to take during my membership period, I was only able to complete 11. That is not even half of the sessions purchased. When I submitted my 30-day cancellation notice in December, I expressed openness to private lessons as a way to work within my schedule. I received zero follow-up on that option. The most disappointing experience occurred at the end of January as I was wrapping up my membership. After requesting a concession due to the inability to access classes, I was initially told via text that none would be offered. Later, I received a call offering a temporary concession for the following month. However, if the underlying overbooking issue remains, that does not resolve the core problem. More concerning was the tone of the final conversation. It felt condescending and dismissive, particularly when referencing my responsibilities as a working mother. Members should not feel shamed for having a schedule. If someone is paying for a membership, reasonable access to classes should not feel competitive. I would encourage prospective members to read reviews carefully and take them with a grain of salt. Incentives or concessions in exchange for positive reviews raise legitimate transparency concerns. That matters. Everything stated in this review is factual, and I have documentation to support it. Again, the instructors are strong. The operational model -- overselling memberships beyond realistic class capacity -- is the issue. I ultimately did not receive the value of what I paid for.

I've been coming to this club Pilates for two months now and have been a bit disappointed. They…read morerecently opened two months ago, and only have had beginners classes initially. They just started getting level 1.5, which many still felt like a level 1. There's clearly a discrepancy of levels depending on the teacher but the most challenging and accurate of a 1.5 so far has been Anne. I just don't think they should be assuming because they're starting from ground zero, that everyone is a beginner at Pilates. How would they know if they don't ask feedback from members? When I've complained, I was told that I'm supposed to tell the teachers I want to level up, which I have, for them to talk to me as though I don't know what I'm talking about. I've been doing solidcore and other Pilates studios in the area and have enjoyed those a lot more. With the classes I do at club Pilates, it feels like a warm up/stretch the entire time. I think club Pilates would be great for beginners or people who don't want an intense work out. Secondly, all of their 1.5 level classes are always booked up and you have to be waitlisted for, never knowing what class you'll actually get into which is frustrating as a very busy person. I have been unknowingly added into multiple classes in a day that I had been waitlisted for, only to lose credits. I tried talking to the front desk person, who was busy on the phone and sought out for help on the app, which you can't even locate an email to contact. The app is actually really annoying to navigate around my opinion. I finally had the time to email someone today after going through old initial emails when joining and they basically told me I can cancel and I should have reached out to someone sooner... like I didn't try to! They did credit my classes back after, so I am updating my review. I feel like club Pilates is just a big business feel, not much of a community feel like bikram hot yoga that actually is a local business, more of family vibes, and a mix of great classes to include Pilates. So while I see club Pilates being helpful for a lot of people, it just isn't for me. I just don't see it as being that great of a work out and feel I've wasted three months of membership doing light stretches and mini work outs.

MY WEIGHT LOSS DOCTOR IS THE ONLY PROGRAM I HAVE EVER USED THAT WORKED!…read more This is no joke. Here is my experience. My review will be slightly long-winded, but please read it to the end. There is a reason I am writing the fulll length version. This review is geared towards women in their 40s & 50s especially. I feel like I have learned a well kept secret that they need to know about!!! Read this review to the end. You will find it was well worth it! I had always been in decent shape for most of my life but when I hit my mid-forties my body changed! I gradually gained an excess of 15 pounds that I could NOT get rid of : / I spent a TON of money trying to lose weight with trainers, weight loss pills, programs etc. (you name it) and the weight would NOT go away - and if I did lose a pound or two it would come back within a week or so. It was VERY frustrating to constantly spend money and get no where. So, I had been trying to lose about 15 pounds for a few years... In the mean time my muscle tone went from athletic/lean to doughy - even though I worked out 5 days a week. I started thinking I was just "in that age group" where I would be chunky for life and started to accept what I thought was the inevitable. One Day, I happened across the Woodbridge, VA. "My Weight Loss Doctor" location at a shopping center while running errands. Curious - I went in and met with a receptionist and learned that they not only specialized in weight loss but also HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY. For years, several lean girlfriends I had known had been telling me that hormone replacement therapy aka Bio-Identical therapy made a huge difference in their lives, not only with weight loss but also their sleeping habits and how they were feeling in general. I had always wanted to look into Bio Identicals but did not know where to go to have it done. Bio Idenitcals are plant based suppeiments that replace the hormone levels that your younger body used to make. As we age those levels start to diminish and our bodies become imbalanced and depleted. So when I saw that My Weight Loss Doctor did BOTH Weight Loss AND Bio Identicals - I decided to give the weight loss thing ONE LAST TRY. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT; I effortlessly lost my 15 pounds within 3 weeks and it has stayed off. My body tone is trim and firm and I feel GREAT. I sleep better at night and all of these horrible cravings I had for sugar etc... have gone away. I no longer have this urge to constantly eat. And trust me - I used to think about food 24/7. Not any more. In fact, I have been so busy - that I have not been in the gym nor have I changed my lifestyle since I joined. I simply got my blood tested, found out I was WAY depleted of testosterone & progesterone, and that my body chemistry was out of balance producing way too much estrogen. This estrogen was what was making my body hold onto fat! Once I picked up the replacements from My Weight Loss Doctor, I felt much more balanced and the weight literally FELL OFF! The reason I wanted to give the entire background to my experience is that My Weight Loss Doctor WORKS! and... it does COST MONEY. It is NOT a cheap program. I initially hesitated to spend or commit to a plan that I was not sure was going to work. I remember sitting in my car when I first signed up wondering if I chumped myself out yet AGAIN on spending money on a program that was not going to work. Well, IT DID!!!! It has been the best money I have ever spent. I now weigh 117 pounds and I look great. I look younger, feel better and am enjoying wearing cute clothes again. I don't spend money on diet pills, PX90 videos and food because of giving up and feeling hopeless. I feel better on the job, my husband is thrilled and it has given me peace of mind. I never EVER want to go off my bio-identicals because they have been the answer for me! If you are looking to INVEST in your future and be the best you can be, and you are over 40. My advice to who ever has an open mind is try it and DO IT!!!! I have tried everything and it WORKED for me - and I know several girlfriends who have been successful doing this as well. I also found my Doctor very helpful. The plan is NOT complicated and she listened to me at each bi-monthly appointment to make sure my Bio's were on track. So, There IS HOPE!!! This review is 100% true and real and I am telling everyone I know who struggles with weight to check out MY WEIGHT LOSS DOCTOR!!!
