The AI assistant tried to help me but told me I couldn't get the rest of the groceries, and a technical error prevented her from refunding me. I asked to be transferred to a real person. He was actually able to help me, although replacing my missing items was not an option. He processed my refund and was very pleasant. This is not the first time that a delivery from this Walmart has been botched. As a matter of fact, it's either missing items or simply not delivered at least 50% of the time. If it wasn't for the decent prices, I'd quit going there altogether. So frustrating!

I had an amazing experience attending Walmart pharmacy yesterday. My dad recently went into…read morehospice, and the hospice social worker said that they would transfer dad's billing to hospice. When I went to pick his meds up, this hadn't been done yet. Patricia, the pharmacy tech was SO patient and kind. She called hospice and was able to enter the correct information, explained so kindly that they'd need to set his meds up differently for hospice and why, and that they ended to order a different med in one instance. She checked with the pharmacist a couple of times to make sure she was giving me the correct information, and she was! I felt very cared for and appreciated her compassion and kindness.
