this is my 3rd attempt to rent something from Rentall and it actually happened, but what I called and asked to rent they said was broken and the cord was 10ft shorter than I wanted. so I asked for something simila. I'm almost positive that because I'm a woman they refuse to rent to me or rent what I know I need. so today I called to rent a sewer auger, he did not give me what I asked for not because it was broken but because he thought based on what I said this would be better. My husband, a pipe fitter, plumber, hvac certified and an industrial grade boiler operator told me what we need, and I told him that. This man still did not agree. And gave me a drill with a 50ft cord. this machine does not work. 20 mins prior to closing I have called 4 times with no answer. All I have to say is that a 2 star total review seems like too much for this place and the crap service they provide. read more

We have received awful service from this company. We rented a trailer and the guy hustled us out of there. We stopped for fuel to find out cords on the tires were showing and no license plate. We got our money back. This week we tried them one more time and the employee refused to rent for us because we needed to go to the cities to pick up our truck. The employee stated that it was against his personal policy to rent for a trip that far. Not the company his own personal. I won't recommend this company or use them again. read more

We arranged a tent rental for a wedding and had confirmed plans for them to arrive the day before the wedding at 9am for setup so we could decorate the wedding venue. When they hadn't showed by 930 we called and were told they had another job this morning and wouldn't be there for 3 hours. When 4 hours had passed we called again and were told that they were still 3 hours out due to issues at another install. But no one bothered to call us. After multiple more phone calls, lies (said they were in one town 1.5hrs away, then 2.5 hours later said they were in completely different town that was 2 hours away from the first town and would have required them to drive PAST the venue.) they asked for the address after they should have been here 5 hours ago. And when they showed up they had forgotten the dance floor and lights. Now we have to get the entire freaking wedding decorated when the rehearsal starts in 70 minutes. read more

I was at a wedding not too long ago and the family decided to rent with this company... The chairs were very dirty and flimsy and the tent was dirty and had holes all throughout. Would recommend some place nicer for weddings read more
