this is my 3rd attempt to rent something from Rentall and it actually happened, but what I called…read moreand asked to rent they said was broken and the cord was 10ft shorter than I wanted. so I asked for something simila. I'm almost positive that because I'm a woman they refuse to rent to me or rent what I know I need. so today I called to rent a sewer auger, he did not give me what I asked for not because it was broken but because he thought based on what I said this would be better. My husband, a pipe fitter, plumber, hvac certified and an industrial grade boiler operator told me what we need, and I told him that. This man still did not agree. And gave me a drill with a 50ft cord. this machine does not work. 20 mins prior to closing I have called 4 times with no answer. All I have to say is that a 2 star total review seems like too much for this place and the crap service they provide.
