After hours on a truck across the country it is wonderful the damage was so limited which shows how well they packed items. You will not be sorry if you hire them.

I asked the movers about the first two issues and their response was "it was already like that" (i.e. we didn't do it). That was a flat-out lie as the damage was caused by them. It seems that their policy is to simply deny responsibility and if you don't have pictures to prove the damage you are just out of luck. I wanted to file a complaint, but frankly, I did not know who to complain to. I created a Yelp account just to speak out about how terrible this company is.
