Indo is tucked away in the more industrial area of the Gulch, so I didn't even know it existed until a friend told me about it. It's a perfect oasis for someone who enjoys a co-sharing space but not overly crowded like some others.

We did the barbecue menu and the food and service was wonderful. We did chicken and ribs and they were delicious. Our wedding was downtown at the Bell Tower and the location of this venue was perfect. You are only 2 minutes from downtown and all the great attractions. This is the BEST place in Nashville. There are plenty of pleasant covered areas outside to accommodate smokers at your event. You will encounter a lot of students on the lawn areas outside the building, but the ballroom itself is far enough away from student traffic that you won't feel your event is being invaded.

Great location located between West End and 21st Avenue that is near Vanderbilt and Hillsboro Village. I attended the grand opening party for this unique venue space this week and was thoroughly impressed by the layout as this space is truly convertible with an option to tent the front area, open the floor to ceiling doors to open the main room up, and the back patio that connects to the surrounding deck space. The high alter ceilings (this space was previously a church) add to the ambiance along with the lighting. The representative for Ruby stated that nearly 250 could fit comfortably in the space depending on the furniture layout and event structure. At this fete' there were 6 stations featuring food from local restaurants and catering brands and 2 bar areas that flowed nicely. They also had a band performing during the event which showcased the room's acoustics nicely as well. Ruby would be a great place to host a party, musical showcase, or various other events. i look forward to coming back. TIP: Valet parking is offered at this event venue.

The first thing I noticed is there is plenty of free parking, so I don't have to park down the street or pay to park. Next I noticed that it is really well designed. The interior is a tasteful modern decor that is comfortable and welcoming for spending long amounts of time. The decor has a little bit of a fun feel which makes meetings better. There seems to be a few different buildings tied in with Center 615 and I am curious about the other buildings. I recommend for a space for office and meeting needs.

We held a small meeting (37 attendees) for a one-day training in the Lower Level Meeting rooms. It…read moreturned out to be a great space for us. We requested that the classroom tables be set up with power strips so that attendees could plug in their mobile devices and they were very appreciative of that. Wifi is very reliable and free, which is nice. Surprisingly, we did find that the microphone was needed to hear the speaker, even in so small of a room. The staff was very responsive and helpful and made sure that I had their phone number with me the day of so that they could be on-call for us. Being on the lower level made it really easy to keep our meeting contained and we had everything at our fingertips (bathrooms, water fountains, vending machines.) We requested some parking spaces for event staff and so we were able to park in the garage, which is just outside the Lower Level meeting rooms. I highly recommend taking advantage of that for your event staff and VIPs and those with accessibility needs.
