Fast forward 4 years today I'm back with direct auto because it cheaper with adding my child who is a first time driver . I set up my policy with Juliet a year ago who was amazing plus customer service friendly. she responded to emails returned my phone calls in a timely matter. Something happened and my policy was canceled I called Juliet to asked why but she was on vacation so the young lady who picked up the phone Theo was her name was just as nasty as she can be made me feel like why am I giving this company my money . She couldn't explain nothing sounded like she didn't even want to help me kept putting me on hold coming back laughing apologizing saying she was looking I got so feed up because I wasn't getting the help I needed I just stated to her I will wait to Juliet comes back she said ok have a good day and hung up on me that made me feel like she wasn't even trying to help anyway i emailed Juliet she called back 2 day later after her vacation and got me set with no problem I now referred my sister and 2 co workers. so today my really good friend needed insurance for her car I referred her to Juliet. when she called they say she no longer with company What a bummer but the girl who answered was so rude to her than stated Juliet is no longer with the company I'm talking over all her clients and rushed her off the phone I asked who was it and long and behold she said Thea/Theo she said I don't want that company thank you but no thank you
