I wish I never switched from GEICO. This was hell. Not only that but the shop they took my car to scratched my car, chipped my mirror in 2 places and gave it back to me with a non-functioning window on top of all that. And when I tried to get them to fix it they said the insurance would need to take ANOTHER deductible fee because what the shop did is separate from the initial crash. I'm considering filing a small claim against Calliber Collision, State Farm's "preferred" shop. And as for State Farm, I'll be switching from them soon. Any other company would be better than this.
