One day, while touring a local open house, I had the good fortune to meet Alicia Bequette. Alicia…read morewas very different than other real estate agents I had met in the Nashville area. Although her listing was not the right property for me, she took the time to ask a few very pertinent questions to define what was my dream property. The truth is, I honestly didn't know. In a short conversation, she helped me to identify some key points. And then gently asked if she could send me a few property suggestions. Within a few hours, she followed up with me, and that evening a couple of possible property matches showed up in my email box. Over the next few weeks we looked at a handful of properties and she help me further refine my property needs and desires.
