This is a small Farm Supply location, and very closely aligned with products featured at Tractor Supply. While it does have a small supply of general "fix it", it everything necessary to run a farm -- thus, the name. It has its place, for sure, but I don't have a farm...so it doesn't fit me. read more

My reviews, recommendations and comments about how the company in general can improve customer volume was done all the way back on 2/27/2025 from the times of 7:00p.m. - 8:30p.m. through the zoom platform. Even though this was a late time frame during business hours, I still kept my end of the deal and attended the Zoom meeting to help improve the Farm Supply Company from a potential customers standpoint. I did rate the company honestly and gave feedback as to how Farm Supply can improve customer acquisition. The WARNING to potential customers is to be Very WEARY and CAUTIOUS about the Farm Supply Company in general! I say this because The Farm Supply Company has not paid me until now 4/21/2025! I want to reiterate that I did the survey meeting with a representative of the Farm Supply Company way back in 2/27/2025! The third party agency that connected me to rate the Farm Supply has made multiple attempts to have the company pay me a small incentive for my time doing the Zoom survey. The company has repeatedly made several excuses as to why the payment had NOT come through, with all the excuses finally running out! If the Farm Supply Company can do this to me, I want to alert potential customers of the way they conduct business. If purchasing something from that store PLEASE be Extremely Weary of their return policy, and how they may potentially come up with several excuses as to why they cannot accept the return. They also do a lot of overcharging of their merchandise to an exorbitant amount compared to their other competitors like The Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement and Ace Home and Garden. I want to give my suggestion of being WEARY and CAUTIOUS of potentially shopping their because I would not like to see potential customers being taken advantage of like the way they did to me for giving my honest and constructive criticism. I have NEVER EVER been into a place where I watch a grown woman talk to coworkers and customers the way I have seen here. Shannon, I believe is her name, I can not even fathom the way that she is so immature and disrespectful. I worked in retail for over 10 years and never have I ever once shown in front of my customers the rudeness and hatred I feel for specific coworkers. I get all my chicken needs from farm supply and while I'm there I will pick up other things for projects around the house. I was new to chickens a few years ago but the staff at Paso Farm Supply has been great helping me with exactly what my chickens needs. They know their stuff and my chickens now lay eggs like crazy. Prices at Paso Farm Supply are also very good. I have checked some things other places and online but in the end have come back to buy from them because they did have the best price. I also want to point out that the guys in the back are alway fast friendly and helpful. Don't judge Farm Supply off one persons bad day as a other reviewer have done! Today I went into Farm Supply because I am converting to a drip system. (this is the Templeton/Paso Store). I have decided that the staff is very rude! I asked for help, thinking the clerk was finish with another customer. I stated I had a quick question...instead of being curiosity and stating he would be with me in a second, he was extremely conceding towards me stating he only had a second because I had stated I had a qucik question. I have decided they are worse then "home depot"! There are to many other places to go then farm supply and this will be my last.....The Only way I will ever step foot in this store is if I am in SLO....the North store needs to take some lessons from the SLO staff! read more

I used to just come in for supplies for my chickens but recently needed irrigation and drip-line supplies and checked their selection. They had a lot of stuff in bigger quantities than Lowe's or Home Depot has for cheaper, which was great. Staff is also helpful and pleasant at the counter. I do wish they had a few more roving salespeople to help you find things, but if you look long enough or can catch someone re-stocking, you can usually end up in the right aisle. Also love their nursery; we bought a couple of blueberries and some raspberries there a couple of years ago and they've done very well. And their clinics are very helpful, they had a chicken expert there a few months ago with a national poultry expert who did an awesome presentation (not a sales pitch for feed) and I really learned a lot (and it was free to attend!). I was interested in a product and tried to ask questions about it was was given short unhelpful answers and was non properly instructed on how to use product. Decided it was best to return product and was denied. I WILL NOT be a returning customer after this.
