I believe his name is Mike if I'm not wrong he sometimes wears a hat an he is ginger a taller not the shorter ginger guy but the guy that's super talkative a passive aggressive asf. Anytime I come in an he's there I always know I'm not gonna be able to get the weed I want I'm super shy an don't really like any confrontation eveytime I have tried to get anything sativa he proceeds to tell me sativa isn't real an "I don't want to get that" even after I explain to him that I've tried this before he continues to say okay your lungs not mine. And always coerces me into getting something else I don't have the energy to argue so I never end up getting what I want an every time I end up getting what he suggest just so I can get out of there I'm in there for 10 mins listening to him ramble abt something I don't care to hear genuinely wasting my time I never ask for his opinion am he give it anyway but it's genuinely the way he says it that pisses me off. He talks about things in such an aggressive mean tone always talking about the bad parts pf the weed I want to get. Like it's one thing to be rude one thing to give a passive aggressive opinion but to the point where I've even heard other stories where he has not let them other customers get the weed that they actually want is crazy He literally will coerce you into getting the weed he suggest and if not, you literally will get ridiculed in front of everyone, which is insane. I actually am so surprised this guy still even works here. I've never actually wanted someone to be fired from a store so bad to the point where it makes me uncomfortable to come in. I get such bad anxiety. he's so lucky that it's a younger kids that come in most kids. Don't really care to write a review, but I know soo many that do not fuck with him. Even though this location just opened, my partner has had a terrible experience on every visit. Even though the store is listed as "LGBTQ+ friendly" on google, every time my partner has gone they have had their deadname called out to everyone in the store. This could have been forgiven, if my partner didn't talk to the people to not use that name and use their actual name, only for the next time we go for the same exact issue to happen again. Don't go here unless you like paying 34.5% in taxes. They're shatter is marginal at best. Everything there is overpriced! Then you get slapped with 34.5% in taxes on top of that. Last time I checked sales tax in Goleta was 7.75% they charge 9.45% Excise tax should be 15% and the extra County Cannabis tax is 6%. What a rip off. Especially since the product s I purchased were marginal at best. The 2 best dispensaries in Goleta are Organic Greens and Santa Barbara Care Centers! I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon, and was given a 5 - 6 PM pickup time. But they also said wait until we let you know it's ready. Well, they never said it was ready at any point the rest of that day or evening. Finally, the next afternoon, I get an email saying it's ready. I was working and figured I'd get it the next day. Only before I could do that, they wrote on Monday saying the order was cancelled, apparently because I didn't pick it up the previous day. So in other words, they take as long as they want with your order, including well beyond they time you were given. But when they do have it ready, you better drop everything and rush down and get it or they will cancel it. read more

Well that was a huge disappointment. My buddy is a student at UCSB and Is stuck here for the holidays so I came to hang with for Christmas. I love weed and everything about it and I heard the Farmacy is brand new and wanted to check it out. My friend and his girlfriend recommended I order from their go-to delivery service but I didn't listen and dragged them with me down to the Farmacy. The bud tenders were far to cool for the likes of me and spoke down to me in a way that made me feel like I was simply not hip or cool enough to shop there. Honestly, the way I was spoken down at me made me embarrassed and uncomfortable. I wonder if I looked different or dressed different or was the same race as the bud tenders if I would have been treated differently. To top it off they recommended a sativa dominant strain when I requested something that would help me get a good nights sleep. When I said sativa keeps me up, instead of simply admitting they made a mistake they wanted to argue with me. In the end I left feeling dejected and left empty handed. While we were walking back to my friends apartment his girlfriend ordered from their regular delivery service and it showed up about the same time we got back... Will never return nor have I even been able to make a purchase in the first place because this company has not figured out how to very a pdf of a medical card. Attempted to go twice and was denied entry twice because they require a physical copy or some very specific way of online submission which hasn't worked 100% of the times I have tried, unlike any dispensary in the world. Seems like they are operating in caveman like times and need to figure out how to operate a business. Also the security guard acted as if my ID was fake like I would purchase a vertical fake ID that says I'm 19. To sell products you have to let people into your store especially when they are attempting to provide their verifiable credentials that permit their entry. read more
