The location was nice. Small parking lot off a busy intersection. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The young person who helped me pick out my goodies was so personable and fun to talk to. I appreciate when someone can tell me about a product honestly. All the above is worthy of 4 stars The reason I'm rating 1 star is because of the "sale" that was going on. They were verbally advertising 20% off everything. But the prices were more than regular prices. When I asked about the discount they said it was the printed price on the price sheet. I understand the tax is higher but claiming to have a "sale" happening to get your customers to buy more isn't cool at all. read more

Bring cash....if you use your debit card they will charge full price and then give you cash back for the sale price difference. Very confusing and I feel they are dishonest doing it like this. Watch out for Uncle Sam. Their sales weren't to clear, and still expensive. Best bet for dispensaries is taking a nice drive to Ojai. Best straight out deals and great variety. How they deal with it, rather than talking to me, is passive aggressively ignoring me and making it a bit difficult to feel comfortable shopping there. Usually overpriced but they have deals which are generally really good. The staff is almost always guaranteed to be quirky and strange, head-in-the-clouds stoners but still better than Coastal. The only thing is that the guy working security today is a punk bitch. Fuck that guy. read more

I used to love this place, and there are some awesome people that work there, but it's really going downhill. They keep changing their hours for delivery, but you only find that out after you've put your order in and paid. This has happened to me 4 different times now, and they still haven't put updated delivery hours on their site, or disabled delivery after they decide to close it for the day. After they speak to Management, they've been able to find a way to refund me, but this is a repeat issue that I've brought up many times and they haven't bothered to do anything about it. With prices going up and the added delivery fee, regardless of how much you buy, it's often not worth what you're paying. Such a bummer. read more

This location is by far my favorite spot for quality cannabis. They have a huge selection with very good prices. The people here seem to remember you after only a few times of coming in and make the space feel safe and welcome. They look you in the eye and thank you and it's sincere. Manager's customer service was poor. And lost a customer. Manager's customer service was poor. And lost a customer. On April 13th, I visited their online website. I saw a promo for get $10 off for using their Friends of the Farm app. After signing up, the app did not apply the $10 off coupon nor did it correctly store my shopping cart nor my new profile info. I then had to delete account and start over. This time, it didn't apply the $10 off, but instead somehow added my items up to $24 that should have cost $105.11 ($95.11 with $10 off coupon) . I then used weed maps. And called the store to get the $10 off I had missed. The manager refused to honor the coupon and said I was "stacking" coupons. I was not. I was not double dipping. Weedmaps had the same promotions their app had (but for the $10 coupon). I will never shop here again. To think a customer went out of his way because an app was offering too much off and they would not honor a $10 coupon and claimed I was trying to double dip and stack deals. Clearly somebody doesn't understand math or coupons or their own marketing systems. And this is why this location has the lowest reviews of the majority of places in SB. read more

There's so many amazing things I love about this shop...I've been coming for the last year and am unfortunately nearing the end of my time in SB so I thought I'd write a review before I don't have this amazing dispensary anymore. From my awesome guys working the check-in desk to the amazing budtenders helping you pick out your next dose, there is never a shortage of friendliness and helpfulness. The Farmacy is such a great neighborhood dispensary. The range of products is incredible and the store is always impeccably clean. I had so many questions about a topical for my grandmother's knee pain. I was so impressed with the knowledgeable staff, and the time they spent to help me find the perfect product for her. Ann, Lily, and Konny are wonderful managers and work hard to keep customers happy. Jordan is great and they will bend over backwards to answer questions and assess your individual situation to provide the right product. Based on the reviews I saw from others I was expecting the staff to be snooty or something but were all super friendly not to mention attractive :) the selection here is great and there are products for every budget. I knocked off a star because 1. Their top shelf flowers are over 80 bucks and that's totally out of control, and 2. The glass house garlic spaceship eighth I got was total schwag with no bud larger than a peanut and it was pretty harsh. They had a lot of better weed I know but I didn't want to pay those kind of prices when the black market is so hungry rn read more

The person I spoke to about a product for sleep misled me, was told it had a base of Indica but when I read the ingredients at home once I had my glasses, it had Delta nine, which is derived from sativa. I was interested in something for sleep. I researched the store's offerings online beforehand and chose 2 tinctures to ask about. When we arrived I shared my sleep objective and the 2 tinctures I was interested in. I was steered to a 1:1 CBD:CBN tincture. I bought it and have tried using it 3 times at the dosage on the bottle. No discernable effect. Pros: This sublingual product has no taste or mouthfeel. Cons: Expensive and useless. read more

I had a disappointing experience here - a place where I had been going since it's inception . I had purchased a vape pen in July . I only use it for sleep - two puffs before I retire. For some reason the oil started to come out the sides of the cartridge - a bad leak a lot of oil. I took it in to the Farmacy and asked if they could help. They said no- that their return policy is 30 days. I would have thought that since I am a regular customer that they could at least give me a preroll or some sort of compensation as the pens are not cheap! The manager is a jerk!!!I guess they just don't care about loyalty or bad reviews. I love Farmacy as my neighborhood dispensary but it really is hit or miss with the staff inside. Some people are super warm and helpful (usually the ladies) while others can either be condescending when explaining things or just cold and weird when you ask questions. Only other problem is the horrible parking situation, as if one can find street parking around there. I wish they'd strike a deal or something with the parking lot across the street, even tho everyone already parks there lol. read more
