They will ROUTINELY leave people waiting outside their front door without any kind of greeting for sometimes as long as 10 or 15 minutes, and then act like you're some kind of asshole when you point out how inapproriate and rude that is, and they have absolutely NO sense of expediency or efficiency. And they are always crying about being understaffed or complaining that their staff called out as reasons for making customers wait so long, yet I know several people who have tried to get jobs there who never even got callbacks. Well, tonight I finally had enough. I walked out before they brought me my order, because the guy went back to get the two measly carts I ordered in advance (you know, to save time) and then just left me standing there like an idiot while he piddled around in the back. And this was AFTER I waited in their goddamn waiting room (with six other people!) for over 10 minutes because there were only two people working. So I told them to "shove it up their asses" and walked out, effectively wasting 25 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Was it my best moment? Nope. But ask me if I care. They are the absolute WORST dispensary ever, and they need to be told how much they suck. And I know it won't make a difference to them, because people are gonna keep getting weed no matter what, and so far, they are the only game in town (at least until the new Sunnyside dispensary opens up.) But I will literally go out of my way and drive my ass half an hour over to a dispensary in Hanover or Camp Hill before I EVER step foot back inside that shithole again. I've had ENOUGH. People have LIVES, goddamnit, and a lot of us don't have the unlimited free time to sit around and wait on your slow-moving asses just because you're too damn irresponsible to staff your location appropriately.
